So right now I have a non competitive team which includes
Blaziken
Lucario
Sceptile
Swampert
Dragonite
Tyranitar

I want to make a competitive team to battle in contests so I already got some ideas for pokemon team
Shiny Scizor (Already have) Adamant Swarm Reversal,Counter,Baton Pass, False Swipe
Shiny Slyveon (Already have) Timid Cute Charm Baby-Doll Eyes, Swift, Quick Attack, Bite
Magmortar (Don't have)
Electivire (Don't have)
Greninja (Already have) Timid Protean Water Pulse, Ice Bean,Water Shuriken, Surf
????????

So I need your help cause I don't really do competitive teams that much. I want to know what moves they should have, what I should EV train them in, and what my last pokemon should be. I was thinking Noivern,Salamance,or Dragonite

Also if anyone has any pokemon that I listed above that are shiny please contact me and maybe we could work something out

Scizor is only good with Technician. Don't bother with its other abilities:
-U-turn
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower/Brick Break
-Pursuit/Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Technician

or
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite/X-Scissor
-Superpower/Brick Break/Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Technician

or
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite/U-turn/X-Scissor
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/152 Atk/108 SDef
Item: Scizorite/Leftovers
Ability: Technician

Sylveon's physical Attack is a lot lower than its Special Attack, so physical moves are totally out of the equation. Though Pixilate + Hyper Voice is the preferred offensive combo, Cute Charm + Moonblast is an acceptable alternative if this is a cartridge team:
-Wish
-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell/Shadow Ball
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 SSpe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate

or
-Hyper Voice
-Shadow Ball
-Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate

Magmortar and Electivire are mediocre Pokemon to use. Sure, they have wide move pools, but their Speed lets them down. There are better Fire Pokemon to use, like Talonflame, Charizard (both Mega forms), Infernape, Magnezone, heck even Mega Ampharos:

Talonflame:
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings

or
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-U-turn
-Will-o-Wisp/Tailwind
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings

or
-Bulk Up
-Brave Bird
-Roost
-Taunt/Substitute
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/184 SDef/76 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings

Charizard:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Fire Punch
-Dragon Claw
-Will-o-Wisp
-Roost
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 248 HP/84 SDef/176 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Fire Blast
-Solar Beam
-Dragon Pulse/Focus Blast
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Hasty/Mild/Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite Y

Infernape:
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Mach Punch
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Flare Blitz/Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-Thunder Punch
-Hidden Power (Ice)/U-turn
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

or
-Fire Blast
-Close Combat
-U-turn
-Thunder Punch/Hidden Power (Ice)/Stone Edge
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Magnezone:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Flash Cannon
-Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 172 HP/252 SAtk/84 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Magnet Pull

Mega Ampharos:
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Volt Switch
-Dragon Pulse
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/44 SAtk/192 SDef/20 Spe
Item: Ampharosite
Ability: Static

or
-Volt Switch
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt/Heal Bell
Nature: Modest
EVs: 236 HP/252 SAtk/20 Spe
Item: Ampharosite
Ability: Static

Greninja should use Protean to make it have STAB on every move it uses. Its move pool is wide, and you're not taking advantage of that, as your moveset is currently very limited in type. Water Shuriken isn't worth using:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Dark Pulse
-Extrasensory/Dark Pulse
-U-turn/Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Hasty/Naive/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Protean

or
-Spikes
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Extrasensory
-U-turn/Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

The last slot can be filled in by a Rapid Spinner or Defogger to clear away entry hazards:
Starmie:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Thunderbolt/Psyshock
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure

or
-Scald
-Rapid Spin
-Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
-Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure

Excadrill:
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide/Iron Head
-Rapid Spin
-Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon/Chople Berry
Ability: Mold Breaker

or
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Rapid Spin
-Rock Slide/Substitute/Iron Head
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 176 HP/60 Atk/252 SDef/20 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker

Mandibuzz:
-Foul Play
-Roost
-Taunt/Whirlwind
-Defog/Toxic/Knock Off
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat

Crobat:
-Brave Bird
-Defog
-Roost
-Taunt/Toxic
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 168 HP/136 Atk/4 SDef/200 Spe
Item: Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator

So, if you need help narrowing down the options, I'd go for Talonflame and Mega Ampharos for Fire and Electric-types, and Excadrill as your entry hazard clearer. This altogether would make great offensive and defensive synergy.

Here's the team set I'm thinking, although you don't have to agree with this if you don't want to. It's generally important to have a wide variety of moves on all of your Pokemon.

Scizor
-U-turn
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower/Brick Break
-Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Technician

Sylveon
-Wish
-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 SSpe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate

Talonflame
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings

Mega Ampharos
-Volt Switch
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt
Nature: Modest
EVs: 236 HP/252 SAtk/20 Spe
Item: Ampharosite
Ability: Static

-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Dark Pulse
-Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Protean

Excadrill
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rock
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
Boilurn, the Scald Pokemon and the evolved form of Hottle. It can burn the holder by the lightest of touches when it boils. It can boil 3 gallons of water in one minute.
