We all have to go to school, the question is, do we actually enjoy it?

I hate my school. The administration shows no respect towards students and the teachers are awful. My school just generally sucks. I might appreciate school more if I actually had teachers that were semi-good and cared.

I last attended school in 2008. I don't remember much but it was generally a good experience. I used to look forward to going to school most of the time although they were strict about discipline and attendance. In my the year though they had a shortage of teachers and it was an anarchy of sorts. About a third of the lectures were cancelled. It was fun though, we'd spend most of the time playing.
Then I joined junior college and it was a totally different thing. There were no rules and regulations (none that were implemented) so I never bothered going to class. We just had to submit our journals at the end of the semester and give the exams. Most of my time was spent socialising or playing cricket/football.

I guess I've always enjoyed going to school, even if my teachers and classes aren't the most enjoyable \: When I started my program at University 2.5 years ago, I was all gung-ho about successfully completing it and then it dawned on me that I wouldn't want to do psychology for the rest of my life. That's the only time I remember being significantly depressed thus affecting my opinion of school. But now I enjoy it again :)

I don't necessarily hate my school, but I don't really like it by any means. The staff (Teacher, Administration, even down to the Janitors) are really boring except for 3 exceptions. My Pre-Engineering teacher, Computer Apps teacher, and Biology teacher. They are interesting. My teachers know what they are doing, and know how to teach very well. I learn a lot. But other than that, I don't like it.

I hated school the whole time I was there. Absolutely hated it! I find it ironic that I now work in one. I hate this place too! Lol

hehehehe I am the exact opposite. I actually loved school because I would get away from home, spend time with people, and generally have fun as my teachers were very laid back about things. As for working in one, I would never want to do that haha. Especially with how bad some kids are these days.

I have not been to school since 2004 - but when I went I hated it, to me it was "waste of time between sleeping and listening to metal" - I started high school around the same time I started listening to Metal, so I was bored pretty much in every class, I actually fell asleep a few times in math class. The only time I didn't hate school was during lunch when my few friends and I went to Subway.

Graduated with possibly the lowest scores ever.

School as in high school? yeah, it sucked for me. College? BEST. YEARS. EVER. I'm sad that it's going to be over soon (but happy too since I'm finally going to have my bachelor yay!) still, think that college is the best thing and I'll definitely miss it in my later years.

I hated School, both Primary and High. Such a bad experience! I dreaded going... Don't get me wrong now, I did really well in class never did truant. It was the people, it was such a popularity contest, since I'm usually silent, naturally they think I'm a weirdo haha...

I start TAFE on Monday, I wonder how it'll go...

The only thing i think that Sucks about School is 75% attendence or Repeat the Class!
That's actually pretty lenient. And it should definitely be enforced. Why the hell should you be allowed to pass if you haven't been their for a fourth of the time?
he did it, not me.

Well my freshman year was the worst year of my life. Do I regret going to that school? No! Now that I've transferred, it's the best thing ever! Like how gum always tastes better when you forgot to brush your teeth, or something like that. So yah, I do enjoy school.

I had an arm Injury by Accident, just before the day of SA-1 when i was in class 8, and I had to Repeat the class because of being absent for long time! Is that Fair?

School isn't too bad, but I guess the schools I've gone to were pretty good, and I've had a lot of good teachers although needless to say there's always terrible teachers. I enjoy the challenge, and I enjoy at least 50% of my classes I would say, but homework was a pain. But the one thing I have always despised about school is the fact that they pretty much choose your friends for you. Whoever is in your class, or sits next to you is who you have to be friends with or have to rely on for help. Who you associate with is something yo ucan choose in your life, and it should be that way before you get into life.

School is lame, totally lame. I've never really liked it much outside second to fifth grade but once junior high and high school rolled around things just went downhill and I became a lot more to-myself/shy. College wasn't much better, either; only difference was that I've actually learned things. xD;

School would be fun for me if...
...I could get there easier (as of now I need like a bit more than one hour to go there)
...the matters we learn would actually be interesting and useful (instead of a million ways to use the pythagorean theorem we should get taught what taxes are and what you do with them)
...we'd get less long-term homework (i.e. preparing huge presentations/projects and such)
...we'd do more excursions to historically relevant places (our area has a lot of things that would be worth visiting)
...our teachers were nicer to us (seriously, well, actually only our maths and french teacher are sometimes insanely mean to us and the stuff they tell us to do is almost always extremely difficult and hard)

of course that's just my personal opinion

I mostly like my school but there are some problems I have. The principle doesn't take into account anything students want, even if it's something simple. A lot of my teachers don't seem to understand that there are other classes that exist, and so I get a hell of a lot of work in conjunction with my other classes. And waking up at 6 a.m. sucks, as well as the fact as the building is literally falling apart and chock full of asbestos, old technology, bad school lunches.

Besides those things I usually like school, and have always liked it pretty much. Except for middle school (6th - 8th grade) where everyone became cliquey, b***y and focused on being "in." In highschool though I feel like I see very little of that now, so I'm enjoying it a lot more.

I despised grade school, especially because of the fact that I wasn't a social person in elementary and middle school, and everyone else around me in high school was immature.

However, I enjoy being in college. Everyone is mature, and there's a lot more diversity when it comes to the student body as well.

No, I despise high school. I take 3 AP classes (Chem, Bio, English), and they're all too easy. Even Calculus was too easy. Really only like 1 of my 3 principals, most of the teachers are alright. What I hate the most is waking up at 7 in the morning just to be bored and not challenged all day. Would rather study at the library for two hours; don't even wanna go to college but parents are making me
