Okay, so long story short, I've been doing a lot of completely unnecessary level grinding and moveset updating before challenging Red. But the most unnecessary thing I've done? Switched out Beedrill, a Pokémon I caught as a Weedle and have kept with me throughout Johto and Kanto, caught myself a Pinsir instead and trained him up to level 65 like the others, just so I had a Pokémon with Rock Climb, without bringing an HM slave to the battle with Red. And in the end, I didn't even use Pinsir. Other than that, I've been spending time at the Battle Frontier, earning BP for moves that I barely used. Except Toxic, that one actually turned out to be super useful.
The battle with Red was completely uneven and I fought incredibly dirty to win, using an unprecedented amount of Max Potions, Revives and X Sp. Def. That's right, there are lame cheaters like me who actually use them. Forretress was the only Pokémon I really used in the battle, all the rest were pretty much just cannon fodder, when Forretress went down. I jacked Forretress up on X Sp. Def. and set up Stealth Rocks, and then I just wore everyone down with Toxic and Rock Slide, occasionally healing or using Protect. Charizard took major damage from Stealth Rocks and then (luckily!) killed itself with a couple of Flare Blitzes, other than that, the others were just stalling battles. A little anticlimatic after my (way too) extensive preparing for the battle, but still, I WON!
Here's my final team: Forretress, lv. 66 @ Leftovers
Female // Careful // Sturdy
- Toxic
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Slide Well, like stated above, in this final showdown with Red, Forretress really came through. Fire-types are still a little scary, but aside from them, nothing can harm this amazing little critter! Ledian, lv. 65 @ Wide Lens
Female // Modest // Swarm
- Bug Buzz
- Focus Blast
- Giga Drain
- Roost Ledian was the team captain. Or mascot or something like that. By no stretch of the imagionation the strongest or most useful on the team, but no one tried harder than she did! Pulled off some unexpected victories, mainly among the Kanto gym leaders. On paper, Ledian sucks. Like, a lot. But she was fun to use, and I just love Ledian's design to death, so I really wanted her to be useful! Here's to hoping that Ledian gets a mega evolution at some point. Yanmega, lv. 65 @ Choice Specs
Male // Timid // Tinted Lens
- Bug Buzz
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Air Slash Against the E4 and especially against Lance, Yanmega was the only reason we won. Yanmega also more or less single-handedly earned all the BP at the frontier. Tinted Lens practically made Yanmega unresisted, so being Choice locked into a move typically wasn't so bad. Also, the extra power was just incredible. Yanmega just rules. Heracross, lv. 65 @ Destiny Knot
Female // Jolly // Swarm
- Night Slash
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Earthquake Hits really, really, really hard and has some nice, useful coverage. I mean, what else is there? Heracross is a solid Pokémon. Parasect, lv. 65 @ Miracle Seed
Male // Impish // Dry Skin
- Return
- Spore
- Seed Bomb
- X-Scissor The almighty zombie bug and the terror that is Spore. Not quite fast enough to really shine, though, but it's okay. A bug team is, almost by definition, (albeit with a few exceptions) a team of underdogs, and Parasect fitted right in. Pinsir, lv. 65 @ Pecha Berry
Male // Hasty // Hyper Cutter
- Rock Climb
- X-Scissor
- Superpower
- Swords Dance The newcomer. Hits like a truck and is surprisingly fast. Proved useful at the Battle Frontier, but other than that, why the hell did I catch and train a glorified HM slave?
Abandoned in the PC like a lowly HM slave: Beedrill, lv. 60 @ Amulet Coin
Male // Adamant // Swarm
- U-turn
- Toxic Spikes
- Rock Smash
- Poison Jab You didn't deserve this, Beedrill. What have I become?
I used Pekin's set minus the helmet here, because it hits SO HARD. He often turned into a liability on routes due to his low Speed, but showed up in major battles, just like about every Steel type I have used.
That moveset just works so well! The helmet is nice bonus and compliments Iron Barbs really well, but Ferrothorn is just a beast, regardless.
Oh my goodness. Grass Monotype is X is done. I think the toughest part of this last stretch was Malva and Wulfric.
I'm so proud of this team. Prior to this run I had only used Venasaur. It was very nice to use Pokemon I haven't even thought of using.
Final team:
Spoiler:
Oak the Trevenant
Level 62/Male/Mild/Natural Cure
-Leech Seed
-Wood Hammer
-Will-O-Wisp
-Shadow Claw
While being late to the party there were some things though he still did. Will-O-Wisp was a very important tool to have since no one else could inflict burn status.
Root here was the MVP of the run. Mega Venasaur combined with a great Special Defence made for great tanking on most Ice and Fire types. You'll be seeing this guy again for poison mono.

Hey guys, I am still in progress to finish my dragon monotype challenge, I just got so busy and I just got AS so I haven't been playing platinum much. I will finish the platinum challenge, I did finish FR and HG.
Challenges: Dragon Monotype (Status:Completed) The One that got away (Status:Completed)
Ultimate Grass Monotype Challenge Diamond, FireRed, StormSilver (16/16), Emerald, Black 2 (2/8), Y
B2's name theme is... Japanese names or shortened forms (Kuru instead of Kurumiru [Sewaddle]). Also, StormSilver is an ass, making you go all the way through Fuchsia to get to Celadon.
StormSilver
Important Events:
Spoiler:
- Surge informs me to take the Rock Tunnel route to Celadon next, but the Rock Tunnel is on the opposite side of the region.. Which means we're going through Lavender Town.
- Using my sheer instincts (aka a map), I get through Rock Tunnel without Flash
- Lavender bores me, so lets head west to the underground path...
- WAIT THE UNDERGROUND PATH IS CLOSED? HOW THE HELL DO I GET TO CELADON?
- Saffron gate guard tells me to take the "Long way around," at which point I open my map and determine that he means going through Fuchsia and up Cycling Road. Meanies.
- Finally make it to Fuchsia, only to find that it has been taken over by a gang of Shellder and Cloyster. Just grand...
- Smack around a bunch of Cloyster at Janine's request (and catching their Shiny leader), and I am awarded a chance to fight her for a badge. Lovely.
- VS Janine: She leads with my team's worst nightmare, Ariados. Juniper outspeeds and sleeps it and Oak uses Stone Edge. Venomoth comes in next, so I see no reason to switch out a Stone Edging Oak... until it OHKOes me. ****. Elm gets off a Light Screen, and Venomoth still 2HKOes Basswood. Flora, however, does not approve and Shadow Balls it to hell. Pistachio takes out Weezing with relative ease, and a newly Revived Oak defeats Toxicroak. Flora nukes Qwilfish, leaving Janine with just Drapion. I learn from my previous mistakes and put up a Reflect before I send in Oak to commence the beatdown.
- Finally make my way to Celadon, and talk to the guy outside of the gym. All credit to Drayno for giving him his RBYGSCFRLG text rather than the anti-pervert text from HGSS
- VS Erika: Jumpluff comes in to U-Turn every time I KO something, but everyone it switches into (Meganium, Leafeon, Tangrowth, Victrebell) is OHKOed by Flora's Specs'd Sludge Bomb. Eventually, Jumpluff stays in long enough to set up Sun, which is also long enough to take a Sludge Bomb to the face. Knowing Chlorophyll is an ability, I let Basswood deal with Bellossom, which takes longer than it should due to confusehax and Flash spamming.
- Erika informs me that they will FINALLY let me into Saffron, so my next destination is set.
- First priority here is the Magnet Train Pass, so I do that annoying side-quest
- I realize that the more damaging members of my team (Basswood, Oak, Flora) are quickly becoming far overlevelled compared to the more specialized ones (Elm, Juniper, Pistachio), especially Flora, who's Shadow Ball will be a necessity in this gym.
- VS Sabrina: She opens with Gallade's CC, which Elm Reflects. He CCs again as I switch in Flora, and the Spec's Shadow Ball easily takes out a -2 SpDef Gallade. Oak Chrunches Mr Mime. Elm is outsped by Alakazam, who barely misses the KO before Light Screen goes up. Said Light Screen allows Flora to switch into Signal Beam and take a Psychic before OHKOing with Shadow Ball. Hypno and Medicham meet the same fate as Mr. Mime. Wobbufett survives Crunch and Counters, KOing Oak while Basswood shakes his head in disappointment, followed by executing a few nice X-Scissors to earn me the badge.
- Train for Blaine
- VS Blaine: Pista sweeps his first 5, but Magmortar looks to do the same to me until I get Light Screen up, meaning Oak can safely EQ for the win.
- VIRIDAN TIIIIMMMEEEEE
- VS Blue: His Nidoqueen's niche is Toxic Spikes and Roar. Luckily for me, Juniper likes being poisoned and Flora absorbs the Spikes, so I play around that and take out the lead. Gyarados' Bounce chunks Oak, but Elm's Reflect negates that issue and allows him to deal with the Flying type while Aromatherapying Pistachio, who got Poisoned by Nidoqueen. Said Reflect also allows Basswood to eat a Fire Punch and DynamicPunch while KOing Machamp. Oak WOOD HAMMERs Rhyperior, KOing himself in the process. Exeggutor causes lots of problems, KOing Elm and Pista compliments of crits, Sleep Powder, and Trick Room, but he finally misses a Powder on Basswood, allowing X-Scissor to KO. Blue's ace is Tyranitar, who annoys Basswood a bit, but that just pisses off the Eeveeloution, who Crits a Leaf Blade to earn me my last badge.
- Visit Oak to grab Rock Climb, and plan my assault on Mt. Silver
- Of course, said assault on Mt. Silver would require a lot of training. Since the game is so kind as to release tons of high-level legendaries into the wild, I feel no shame in pounding them to the ground for Oak's enjoyment.
- First we grab Heatran, who dies to an EQ. Then do a bunch of stuff and proceed to Mt. Mortar for the next two.
- I quickly raid the place and kill Regirock (EQ again), and am about to kill Jirachi when... Wait, It's offering me sweets rather than a battle? Yummy caaaaandy...
- Said sweets happen to be 100 Rare Candies, which is awesome and feels like hacking. It also removes the need to spend 8 years grinding, so I tell myself to use a "reasonable" number on each party member and get on with my life. I'll do that... later. For now, we go on a Bird hunt.
- Ofcourse, this in theory means defeating Ho-oh, Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno. According to my handy cheat sheet, I blew the chance to fight Moltres by killing off Heatran, and Articuno and Zapdos are way too far from Fly spots to be of use. This leaves Ho-oh.
- Ho-oh takes more SRs than I expected, but most of them were because I tried to use Thief on it to grab it's Sacred Ash before sending it to hell. I succeed.
- Given how underlevelled I am, my Mt. Silver plot goes something like this: Train as much as we can on the way up, spam Rare Candies at the top. Simple, right?

Important Events:
Spoiler:
- I
- Despise
- This
- Freaking
- Mountain.
- Reach the top, after a lot of training and yummy candies, and challenge Red. VS RED:
- Oak vs Pikachu – ****, I’m 8 levels under. Grass Knot hurts to hell, but so does Banded Earthquake. 6-5
- Pistachio/Basswood vs Charizard – Pistachio takes an Air Slash with 8 HP left, and gets up Rain. Passho Berry weakens Surf, and C-Zard finishes. Basswood accepts the punishment and pushes Max Revive, and Pista does it’s job. 5-4
- Elm/Flora/Juniper vs Blastoise – Elm finds a giant turtle a great target for setting up screens on… except that it knows Blizzard. Luckily, Elm is faster and takes less than half from Blizzard due to Light Screen, and Blast misses the next two without Hail to back it up. Rindo Berry is annoying, so I switch in Flora, who’s SpDef isn’t as good as Elm’s. Elm just barely misses the KO with Energy Ball, and Signal Beam crits him to death. Obvious Full Restore is obvious, so Juni sleeps him and commences the beatdown from the top. He succeeds. 3-3
- Oak/Pistachio/Elm/Basswood vs Espeon – Oak is 2HKOed after a max potion, so Pista comes in to play the Revive game. Espeon sets up a Reflect, but anything it can do Elm can do better. More Revives, more Hyper Potions, and Espeon finally crits just as Light Screen wears off. Reflect allows Espeon to KO Oak again, allowing Basswood to pick up KO credit. 3-2
- Juniper vs Snorlax – I go for the Spore, which proves stupid when he wakes in 0 turns. Luckily, Juni crits the Drain Punch to make up for it. I knew there was a reason to leave this guy on the roster. 3-1
- Juniper/Flora vs Venusaur: And last but not least, my opposite number. Venu opens with SWORDS DANCE to Juni’s Spore, at which point I panic. Then I switch to Flora, and a pair of well-aimed Sludge Bombs finishes the run. 3-0. Aaaaaand my game crashes after the credits. I LOVE MY LIFE. **** JOHTO.
Juniper is MVP of the Red battle. Kanto MVP is Flora. Overall run MVP is ****ing everyone.
FINAL TEAM: NOTE: My sprite resource lacks HGSS sprites for pokemon not native to Kanto or Johto. As such, the Platinum or DP sprites may be shown. Elm (Meganium) Lv85 @ Light Clay

Oh my god I love this thing now. Dual Screens are broken as hell, the +Speed nature made him the fastest mon on the team, and he still did the damages when it counted. Would not have survived this run without him.
Basswood never did anything SUPER special, but consistently did exactly what I needed him too. Giving him X-Scissor was one of the best decisions I made this entire run.
Flora was a ****ing nuke in this game. Nothing that doesn't resist is surviving a Specs Petal Dance, those that do get Sludge Bombed. Fun to use as always.
Remember that time where I kicked Juni off the team? I REGRET IT I'M SORRY JUNI... Easily the MVP of the Red fight.

ddrox13 is correct, you cannot hack or trade in any Pokemon barring version exclusives unless a Pokemon of your type is unavailable before the 2nd gym. There are plenty of water types you can get before then. So you're going to need to box those Pokemon permanently or forfeit your chance at being on the champion list.
You can choose to change your challenge to freeplay mode if you wish to use those Pokemon. You still won't get on the champion list either way though.
Okay fine I will. I was just trying to use different pokemon that I haven't used before

I started with Snivy, dumped his ass as soon as I caught Sewaddle, spammed Bug Bite to win my Basic Badge, and then I caught a Venipede. Then I moved on to Virbank, where the ghost of Whitney's Miltank possessed my Venipede as it Rollout'ed through the entire gym. Now I'm off to get the captain back to work.

-Caught Tina the Skiddo.
-Caught Bridget the Modest Oddish
- Caught Mary the Roselia.
- Bridget defeated both of Korrina's Lucario
- Defeated Grant in a tough battle earning the second Badge.
Current Team and thoughts
Spoiler:
Marshall the Lax Quilladin - Level 33
- A very reliable member of the team. Evolved at Level 32 after learning Seed Bomb.
Saul the Ivysaur - Level 21
- Whilst having the Bulbasaur line is welcome, having two Starters in my team feels a little like cheating hence his low level.
Parsley the Simisage - Level 27
- Learnt Seed Bomb before evolving. Not the dead weight I'd thought he would be, Seed Bomb is a useful move at this stage and he has speed my team generally lacks.
Mary the Roselia - Level 21
- Needs training up but has served me well when called on so far.
Tina the Skiddo - Level 16
- Gets fainted a lot at the moment but will be a mainstay on my team when she evolves.
Bridget the Modest Oddish - Level 36
-Still an Oddish so she can learn moves far earlier. Came up big in the Battle vs Korrina's Lucario and the perhaps slightly surprising Leader of my team. :)
Out of rotation
Danielle the Plant Cloak Wormadam - A Bug/Grass Types gives variety but well Bug is my least favourite type.
Swapped Tauney for Rocky the Carbink which was caught with Mimic the Mr Mime in Reflection Cave and Jacob for Sparky the Dedenne
Did the Mega Evolution stuff and beat Calem
Took on Korrina mainly with Carlisle against her Mienfoo and her Machoke before switching in Rocky on the Hawlucha to slow it down with Rock Tomb, once slowing down Carlisle was brought back in to finish it up.
Did the rest of the Mega Evolution stuff and headed to Coumarine City

Team and thoughts
Spoiler:
Marshall the Lax Chesnaught - Level 38
Not as used as I thought he would be so far but his secondary Fighting Type will help later on. A Tank when called on.
Bridget the Vileplume - Level 50
Was an Oddish until she learnt Petal Dance. A very useful move that destroys everything that doesn't resist it. Grassy Terrain is useful too and I need to find the Sludge Bomb TM soon. Acid lacks power.
Parsley the Simisage - Level 48
Move diversity has really helped him here. My Team Flare killer. His speed combined with Rock Tomb helped eradicate the potentially troublesome Team Flare Houndoom and Golbat as well as Clemont's Emolga.
Mary the Roserade - Level 48
My second Petal Dancer. Carries Toxic and whilst she does a similar job to Bridget, two Petal Dancers are always welcome.
Tina the Skiddo - Level 29
Still needs training up but could be a big hitter once she evolves.
Sarah the Weepinbell - Level 32
Likely holding a place until something else comes along.
In the PC
Saul the Ivysaur - As using two Starters in one team feels unfair.
Danielle the Plant Cloak Wormadam -Bug/Grass has too many weaknesses
Lori the Exeggcute- May get use later on but out of rotation for now.
Ultimate Grass Monotype Challenge Diamond, FireRed, StormSilver, Emerald (1/8), Black 2 (4/8), Y
So B2 has progress (as indicated by the badge number), but my DS died and I'm loaning my charger to someone. So for now, Emerald! Is it bad that I have more move variety after 1 Emerald gym than I have after 4 B2 gyms?

Okay, so after making my debut on the silver screen and getting the captain back to work, I made it to Castelia City, but not before a bit of training, during which Sewaddle evolved. In Castelia City, Team Plasma v2.0 led me on a hunt through the sewers, where I got some more training - and both Swadloon and Venipede evolved! Finally, I was able to take on Burgh. And I swear, once more did the ghost of Whitney's Miltank come to my aid. Whirlipede Rollout'ed his entire team, no biggie. I don't remember exactly how it happened, but in the end, Whirlipede was left with 1 HP. I then made it to the Desert Resort, where I caught a Dwebble, which I'm off to train now.

Important Events:
Spoiler:
- Train up!
- There may be a Rival battle somewhere in here, but it was uneventful.
- Everybody evolves!
- VS Wattson: Easy game, Easy life. I'm on-level with his ace, so the resistance helps
- I decide to beat up Brawly for fun and profit
- VS Brawly: Machop provides much more resistance than I expected, but I win pretty easily. Something about overlevelled.
- NORTHWARD HO!
- Bla bla bla Team Magma, bla bla bla Mt. Chimney, JUST SKIP TO THE MAXIE FIGHT ALREADY
- VS Maxie: Ok, so this brat is tough. I decide Mightyena will be fun to set up some Bulk Ups with Juniper, but it knows Roar :(. Eventually I just switch back in and brute force it to death. Camerupt is annoying asf and knocks basically everyone out, but Bonsai/Inigo unleashes his inner PMD2 Grovyle and spams Dig to great success. Rock Tomb brings down Golbat.
- VS Flannery: YAY, MORE FIRE TYPES! So any use of Overheat is an instant OHKO, as I determine in a failed attempt. How do I get around this? Again, why don't you ask PMD2 Dusknoir what happened (Hint: Dig Spam). Inigo OHKOes Numel and Slugma. Camerupt is far more challenging, but the legendary Sleep Powder and Leech Seed combo gives Bonsai time to take his third victim. and then... Torkoal. I forget exactly how it happened, but there was hax involved and I won. Lots of hax :)
- "Unlike you, Inigo, your dad looks like he really is tough. See you around!" Psyduck off Brendan.
- BEFORE WE GO FITE DAD NORMAN, we make a couple pit stops in the Mirage tower and Rustboro to pick up Groot the Lileep, who I may or may not use.
- Now then... Petalburg!
- So after getting rekt by the first gym trainer, I decide to go another route and ignore the Swellow-weilding brat
- VS Dad Norman: This goes a lot like Whitney's gym did in SS. Sleep the Spinda, let Juniper boost to +4, clean house with Mach Punch. Counter does kill Juni in the end, but Groot is Groot, and therefore does not care.
- Ok, 5 down, 3 to go. BUT FIRST, WE TRAIN! And by train I mean abuse the Daycare. So we dump Raffa (a female) and Juni (a male) into the Daycare and go be productive with Inigo and Pista.
- Everything that could go wrong here does. I forget to bring Poke Balls to Route 118, Pista gets rekt hard by the Electric types underground, and I get an Oddish egg.
- I do eventually catch Gamora the Tropius, and replace my Zigzagoon HM slave with Rocket the Linoone.
- Gamora is going to turn into something I generally only use in Hoenn (usually Sharpedo) - a battle-ready HM "slave". I'll be running Strength and Fly on it at minimum.
- Do the Power Plant sidequest.
- Trainy train train
- Do the Weather Institute crap, and name the gifted Castform Star Lord. Transfer Mystic Water to Pista and box.
- Grab a Leaf Stone and surf down to Dewford to get a TM Sludge Bomb. You know where I'm going with this :)
- VILE... PLUUUUUUUUUUUUME!!!!! So psyducking cute.
- Do the Abandoned Ship crap, then train, save, and quit
I stopped recording events here. I picked up again at the E4. Point of importance is I trained Groot for the E4
- VS Sidney: Juniper Sky Uppercuts his way through this gym. I let Inigo deal with Crawdaunt for lulz
- VS Pheobe: I honestly got nothing on Ghosts. Raffa sleeps Dusclops long enough for Pista to take it and Banette out. Inigo 2HKOes Sableye, and Pista crits the second Dusclops. Banette v2.0 KOes the weakened Inigo and Pista, BUT GROOT COMES IN FOR THE SAVE AND DOES SOMETHING. Decent showing for her first ever battle.
- VS Glacia: Juni OHKOes Sealeo and Sealeo before getting murdered by Walrein. Inigo gets off a Leaf Blade before getting crit, and Raffa is forced to murder the overgrown walrus. Glalie proceeds to get consecutive crits on Groot and Pista. Luckily, the latter survives and crits back. Glalie II KOes Pista before Raffa sleeps him. Gamora gets some good damage off, but falls upon waking up, making it 1-1. Raffa doesn’t seem to care though, and Sludge Bomb finishes the job.
- VS Drake: Juni defeats Shelgon, but takes massive damage. Pista removes Flygon from existence, but just misses the OHKO on Altaria, resulting in her death. Groot finishes Altaria and chunks Kingdra before falling. Inigo finishes Kingdra. Raffa tanks a Flamethrower and sleeps Mence, who sleeps the 4 turns necessary for me to revive Pista and KO mence.
- WALLACE, DIE. NOW.
- Juniper/Inigo vs Wailord: Wailord evades Juni’s Leech Seed, despite being a huge whale, but misses Blizzard so it’s k. Both attacks connect the next turn, and Juniper goes down. Inigo couldn’t care less. 5-5
- Inigo/Rafflesia vs Milotic: Wallace sends in his ace second. Milo and Inigo exchange blows, with Milotic winning the trade. Rafflesia finishes with Petal Dance. 4-4
- Gamora/Pistachio/Groot vs Tentacruel: Oh, I have EQ, this should be… PSYDUCK MUST EVERY DAMN WATER TYPE IN THE GAME GET ICE BEAM? (Yes, I checked). Luckily, Gamora tanks it. I sac Pista for some unknown reason and then Groot decides to play the hero. 3-3
- Rafflesia/Groot/Inigo vs Ludicolo: Ludicolo spams Double Team, so Raffa sleeps it and spams healing items. 5 hp Groot takes a Surf, so Inigo can get in for free and hit a couple Aerial Aces. Screw Evasion. 5-2
- Inigo vs Wiscash: Heh, funny. 5-1
- Rafflesia/Gamora vs Gyarados: Sleep Powder is a broken move. Gamora does die for Raffa’s sins tho. 4-0 Emerald Complete.
Sceptile excelled at doing what the others could not. For most of the game this was running coverage moves, at the end it was just doing straight Grass typed damage. I have never liked Sceptile before, but I now am ok with the thing :)
Pistachio (Ludicolo) Lv51 @ Mystic Water
Female | Quiet | Swift Swim
- Fake Out
- Dive
- Waterfall
- Ice Beam
Do I need to explain Pista for the 4th game? no? Good.
Vileplume is so cute. Sleep Powder is still broken as psyduck, and the Quick Claw trigger saved me once or twice. Provided great status until I gave it coverage moves, then became a nuke.
Oh my. I had a total of 0 expectation for Tropius going into this, but she ended up saving my rear end more times than I can count. Wasn't as huge in the big battles, but all those little ones add up. Would use again!
Groot (Craidly) Lv50
Female | Bold | Suction Cups
- Spit Up
- Swallow
- Stockpile
- Ancientpower
Came in just for the E4 and did everything right. I intended just to sac it for healing, but she ended up with 3 KOes in the 3 battles where she got an attack off. Had a knack for just barely surviving attacks.
Ft. Rocket the Linoone
All in all, Emerald was really fun. Now just 4 Unova gyms and 1 League stand between me and victory.
