I've looked, but have been pretty much unsuccessful.
I'm looking for a good programming tutorial for something like C# or C++ or Visual Basic.
I'm not sure what the difference is between them, so if somebody could please explain that too, that'd help a lot so I can decide which to actually take up. To make it a bit clearer though, I'm trying to learn some sort of programming language that can make applications/programs for Windows, and I don't want to take something too advanced since I'm not too experienced. I've been thinking of making my own hacking tools, or maybe something else that happens to come to mind. I've got Visual Studio Express 2013 if I'm remembering right.

So basicly, I'd like help picking one of these(if there's a difference) to program with, and I'd really appreciate a tutorial to help me learn it if somebody can point me to one.

YouTube is your best friend, mate. I'd definitely begin with Visual Basic so you can grasp what you're doing; after that move on to C#. If you get that far you should know what to do next, since you'll have experience.

C++ and C are very different languages. They are, however, the only Visual Studio languages that aren't scripted. :P

Okay, thank you for the input. I'll take your advice into concideration. ^^
And if I get the chance I'll try youtube and thenewboston.org for tutorials. Sadly if its video tutorials then it'll have to wait until night since bandwidth is unlimited for a brief period at night.

Anyway. Thanks for the help and suggestijons! ^^

You're very welcome. It's always nice to see a new developer on the scene, and its important for folk like you to get off on the right track. ;)
