I was thinkin about a new team I havent tried before and here I go. Fair warning im new to meta and I made my team while trying to stay away from legendary pokemon

I started out wanting to make a team with Dragonite

Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Fire Punch
- Extreme Speed

I thought about what would screw him up and I thought about stealth rocks. So I looked up rapid spinners and saw this guy

Tentacruel @ Black Sludge
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 8 Def / 248 SDef
Relaxed Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic
- Scald
- Protect

Then I thought well what should I do to counter someone else using a spinner and decided Trevenant.

Trevenant @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Impish Nature
- Horn Leech
- Leech Seed
- Will-O-Wisp
- Shadow Claw

At this point I start thinkin about my mega and what other weakness Dragonite has that is Fairy types. So i decided Mega Mawile cause it will resist fairy then punish them with their own weakness.

Mawile-Mega
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 132 HP / 124 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Swords Dance
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head

At this point I just notice I dont have a Special Attack Sweeper and since I picked Noivern in my other team I decide I might finally have a team to use Reuniclus in.

Reuniclus @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Psychic
- Focus Blast

At this point im looking at my team and I dont see a real dedicated lead or rock setter so I find this guy. I'm kinda disappointed I don't have a spot for him being mega but eh.

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
- Taunt
- Earthquake

So I know im probably missing some big issues please help me out to make this work and just so u know im not going by Smogon rules. I'd be playing by Flat rules.

There's no need for a Relaxed nature on Tentacruel; Rapid Spin isn't an offensive tool; it's a support option. Use a Bold nature and the EV spread 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe to let it outspeed Tyranitar. Tentacruel has good Speed for a wall; take advantage of it. Also consider Sludge Bomb and Knock Off on it:
-Scald
-Sludge Bomb
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic/Knock Off/Toxic Spikes
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe
Item: Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze

Trevenant is better off using a specially-defensive spread to let it better deal with Mega Blastoise and Starmie. It also needs Protect to stall for extra burn damage or stall for time if its Sitrus Berry isn't restored by Harvest:
-Horn Leech
-Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Protect
Nature: Careful
EVs: 244 HP/16 Def/248 SDef
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

Aerodactyl's role of a suicide lead is obsolete as of Gen VI, as it gained a Mega Evolution to make better use of its offensive capabilities. Since your Mega slot is taken up by Mawile, I'll suggest Mamoswine or Garchomp as your Stealth Rock setters:

Mamoswine:
-Earthquake
-Icicle Crash/Icicle Spear
-Ice Shard
-Stealth Rock/Superpower
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Thick Fat

or
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Ice Shard
-Endeavor
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Oblivious

Garchomp:
-Stealth Rock
-Outrage/Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Swords Dance/Fire Blast
Nature: Jolly/Naive
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Lum Berry/Focus Sash

Couple of little things:

While the power Outrage has is nice, its a dangerous move to use because Fairies and Steels are very common on teams. So Dragon Claw is the more reliable option so you don't get stuck in Outrage when you don't want to.

Another option for a Stealth Rock setter is Heatran. Yes, its a legendary, but its the Uber tier legendaries that people generally frown upon. Heatran's not an Uber legendary.

-Heatran w/Air Balloon
Nature: Timid
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
Moves: Fire Blast, Earth Power, Stealth Rock, Dragon Pulse/Flash Cannon

or

Heatran w/Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP, 8 Defense, 252 Sp.Defense
Moves: Lava Plume, Protect, Stealth Rock, Roar

Just giving another option.
