Why, oh why, would you use a Timid nature with Talonflame? Not only is it fast enough already, but it's also not very strong (which the high base powers of Flare Blitz and Brave Bird can compensate). Since Talonflame can already sustain itself with Roost, Leftovers isn't necessary; the preferred item is either Life Orb, Sharp Beak or Sky Plate. The nature should be Adamant as well. The last 4 EVs should go into Defense to give Talonflame an odd HP number (to let it switch into Stealth Rock twice at full health and survive; it's unlikely, but it could happen). Tl;dr:
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings

Again, you're using the wrong nature for Greninja. It primarily uses Special moves, and Jolly weakens them (+Speed, -Special Attack). If you're using U-turn, run a Naive nature.

I don't get why you'd use Transform with Smeargle. Care to enlighten us why?:
-Spore/Dark Void
-Sticky Web
-Stealth Rock/Magic Coat
-Taunt/Parting Shot
Nature: Timid
EVs: 96 HP/120 Def/40 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo

King's Shield + Swords Dance Aegislash is too easily played around that it's not funny:
-Shadow Ball
-Sacred Sword
-Shadow Sneak/Iron Head
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 240 HP/252 SAtk/16 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sacred Sword
-Shadow Sneak
-King's Shield/Iron Head/Pursuit
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 Atk/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Swords Dance
-King's Shield
-Shadow Sneak
-Sacred Sword
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers

or
-Autotomize
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Flash Cannon
Nature: Rash/Modest
EVs: 88 Atk/252 SAtk/168 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Weakness Policy

or
-Shadow Ball
-Pursuit
-Toxic
-King's Shield
Nature: Sassy
EVs: 252 HP/4 SAtk/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers

Why would you use Giga Impact? It's a terrible move competitively because it makes Excadrill a sitting duck the next turn. Excadrill has better coverage options, like Iron Head, its secondary STAB, and Rock Slide, which pairs well with Earthquake:
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide/Iron Head
-Rapid Spin
-Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon/Chople Berry
Ability: Mold Breaker

or
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Adamant) or 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly)
Item: Assault Vest (Adamant)/Choice Scarf (Jolly)
Ability: Mold Breaker

Honestly, Sunny Day is redundant with Charizard Y's Drought. For the most part, Charizard Y is a standalone sweeper, using its Drought to power up its Fire Blasts; the sun supporting its teammates is simply a bonus. And I don't think that Talonflame and Charizard Y should be together, IMO because they share the same weaknesses. Other Mega Pokemon to consider in Charizard's place are Venusaur, Pinsir, Gyarados, Ampharos, Heracross, Gardevoir, Mawile, Aggron and Medicham:

Venusaur:
-Giga Drain
-Sludge Bomb
-Sleep Powder/Earthquake
-Synthesis
Nature: Bold/Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef or 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Venusaurite

or
-Giga Drain/Leech Seed
-Sludge Bomb
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Synthesis/Protect
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Item: Venusaurite

Pinsir:
-Swords Dance
-Return
-Earthquake
-Quick Attack
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Pinsirite

Gyarados:
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Bite/Ice Fang
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Gyaradosite
Ability: Intimidate

Ampharos:
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Volt Switch
-Dragon Pulse
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/44 SAtk/192 SDef/20 Spe
Item: Ampharosite
Ability: Static

or
-Volt Switch
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast
-Thunderbolt/Discharge/Heal Bell
Nature: Modest
EVs: 236 HP/252 SAtk/20 Spe
Item: Ampharosite
Ability: Static

Heracross:
-Pin Missile
-Close Combat/Swords Dance
-Rock Blast
-Earthquake/Swords Dance
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 164 HP/252 Atk/92 Spe
Item: Heracronite
Ability: Guts/Moxie

Gardevoir:
-Hyper Voice
-Psyshock
-Focus Blast/Hidden Power (Ground)
-Taunt/Shadow Ball/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace

Mawile:
-Play Rough
-Sucker Punch
-Fire Fang/Iron Head/Swords Dance
-Swords Dance/Substitute
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 132 HP/252 Atk/124 Spe
Item: Mawilite
Ability: Initimidate

or
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Play Rough
-Foul Play
Nature: Impish
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate

I am still new to this whole competitive side of pokemon, so thank you for correcting my natures and evs. I use smeargle to start off with by using spore to put the enemy to sleep and lay down hazards. I did not always run transform, but I saw someone who used it well by transforming into a charizard while the other person was asleep (with spore) and used it to do some real damage. Otherwise I'm just messing around with it.

I use giga impact with excadrill cause I honestly do not know what else to use. I mainly keep him in there to use for rapid spin and from time to time use his brick break or earthquake.

I use talonflame for that priority brave bird to really finish off pokemon, but you are right I could replace him.

I have honestly no clue why I have sunny day. I mainly use smeargle to set up hazards like sticky web to give my charizard a speed advantage. I use solarbeam and flamethrower to destroy the other teams. I had one game where I had only my charizard left and the other guy still had 5, but I destroyed him with Charizard. He can also take a hit survive most thunderbolts with 40-45% health. Also I like keeping him for nostalgic purposes.

You pointed out a lot of problems I have thanks! I have no clue how I have been winning I guess smeargle setting up the hazards and putting one of the pokemons to sleep helps setup charizard to sweep the rest of the team and all the other pokemon are there to provide support in case there is something my charizard can't take down.

You don't have to replace talonflame, but rather than change its nature (breed a new one with the right nature). Basically I agree with platinum dude. Your pokemons nature are all the opposite of what it suppose to be.

Just Know That Two Turn Moves Are Bad Except When You Have A Move Like Solar Beam + Sunlight Or Sky Drop , Stuff Like That . I Would Keep Sword Dance & Maybe Replace Sacred Sword For Iron Head Or Something Since Does A Lot More Damage (STAB) & Can Cause Flinch. I Also Like The Moves On Smeargle But I Don't Know How You Would Do All That At Once , Maybe Start With Spore ? But Be Careful , When An Opponent Is Asleep , Don't Fool Around , Is Actually A Great Chance To Put In Entry Hazards Or Attack & Just Watch Over Those Pokemon With Ability Insomnia & Brave Bird. (:
