Counter is a gimmicky option. Only Wobbuffet can truly make the most out of it. That, and Lucario is currently walled badly by Ghosts:
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extreme Speed
-Crunch/Shadow Claw/Ice Punch/Bullet Punch
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Excadrill should use 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe. Outside of Sand teams, its ability should be Mold Breaker. Excadrill doesn't really have enough Speed and/or bulk to make use of Sand Force, but in Sand teams, Sand Rush is the preferred ability.

Metagross is a decent Assault Vest user:
-Meteor Mash
-Bullet Punch
-Earthquake
-Zen Headbutt/Pursuit
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 Def
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body

Then again, Aegislash may be the better option because it can easily play around its opponents with Stance Change:
-Shadow Ball
-Substitute
-Toxic
-King's Shield
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sacred Sword/Iron Head
-Shadow Sneak/Iron Head
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 240 HP/252 SAtk/16 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sacred Sword
-Shadow Sneak
-King's Shield/Iron Head/Pursuit
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 Atk/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Autotomize
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Flash Cannon
Nature: Rash/Modest
EVs: 88 Atk/252 SAtk/168 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Weakness Policy

Suicune is rather subpar this generation. Half of your team is vulnerable to Fighting Pokemon and that's bad. Other Fighting resists to include are Gyarados, Gengar, Trevenant and Gourgeist:

Gyarados:
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Bounce/Ice Fang
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

or
-Substitute/Taunt
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Bounce
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 88 HP/192 Atk/4 Def/224 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate

or
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Waterfall
-Roar/Dragon Tail
Nature: Impish
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate

Gengar:
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Disable/Pain Split/Will-o-Wisp
-Will-o-Wisp/Pain Split/Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Focus Blast
-Trick/Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Trevenant:
-Horn Leech/Wood Hammer
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
-Will-o-Wisp
-Rest
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

or
-Horn Leech
-Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Protect
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/16 Def/244 SDef
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

or
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Phantom Force
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

Gourgeist (Super Size):
-Will-o-Wisp
-Leech Seed
-Seed Bomb/Protect
-Shadow Sneak/Protect
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Frisk

Charizard is only good in either one of its Mega forms. Using its regular form is a bad idea:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 144 HP/252 Atk/112 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Will-o-Wisp
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

Charizard Y:
-Fire Blast
-Solar Beam
-Focus Blast
-Roost/Dragon Pulse
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite Y

Thanks platinum, wat about zoroark?
That reminds me: it's not as good as it used to be, due to Fairies. Greninja is a better alternative because of its incredible offensive pressure:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Dark Pulse
-Extrasensory/Dark Pulse
-U-turn/Hidden Power (Grass/Fire)/Grass Knot
Nature: Naive/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Protean

or
-Spikes
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Extrasensory/U-turn
Nature: Timid/Naive
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

But if you want to keep Zoroark, use either of these sets:
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Knock Off
-Low Kick
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash

or
-Dark Pulse
-Flamethrower/Hidden Power (Ice)
-Focus Blast/Extrasensory
-Trick
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs

or
-Nasty Plot
-Dark Pulse
-Flamethrower
-Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
