Hey!
I just wondered if anyone had any comments on my team that i'm building up at the moment.
Any problems i may face with it etc.

Garchomp @?
Adamant Nature
EVS : 252 Att / 252 Speed / 4 Def

Stone Edge
Fire Fang/Crunch

Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Modest Nature
EVS : 252 Sp.Att / 252 Speed / 4 Def

Air Slash
Focus Blast

Aegislash @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature
EVS : 252 Att / 128 Def / 128 Sp.Def

Gengar @?
Modest Nature

Thata the team! I know some are in OU but I've never tried to make a team with proper EV training before so I wanted to stick with pokemon that were favourites. Charizard and Gengar are special sweepers, Garchomp and Aegislash are physical sweepers, Sylveon is a Special wall and umbreon is a physical wall and both work as wish passers.
I've put question marks next to pokemon because i don't know what items to put on them...
Any advice would be appreciated thanks!

This should go in the Battle Center Section.

However, for the actual post, I'm not good with items, but there are people on here who will definitely help. The team looks pretty solid, though. I use Charizard and Sylveon. However, on Sylveon you should use Pixelate and use Hyper Voice. It becomes a fairy-type move and I think it hits through protect or something. I forgot exactly what it did.

I'll get the thread moved for you now

Tiers don't matter if this is a team that's going to be used on Battle Spot.

Defensive Sylveon should use a Bold nature and Defense EVs to make it a mixed wall. It has enough Sp.Defense naturally that it doesn't need investment in that stat:

-Sylveon w/Leftovers
Nature: Bold
Ability: Pixilate is preferred, but Cute Charm is ok if you can't get that
EVs: 252 HP, 244 Defense, 12 Sp.Attack
Moves: Hyper Voice (if Pixilate)/Moonblast (if Cute Charm), Protect, Wish, Toxic/Heal Bell

Umbreon's not the best choice for a physical wall with Fairies running about and Fighting types being able to smash through it, even if it does have a few Curse boosts. It's also unnecessary have 2 Wish passers on a team. Mandibuzz and Tentacruel are better choices because they also provide Defog/Rapid Spin support, which Charizard needs:

-Mandibuzz w/Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Sp.Defense
Moves: Defog, Roost, Toxic, Knock Off/Foul Play

-Tentacruel w/Black Sludge
Nature: Bold
Ability: Clear Body/Liquid Ooze
EVs: 248 HP, 244 Defense, 16 Speed
Moves: Rapid Spin, Scald, Toxic/Toxic Spikes, Protect/Substitute

And I'll mention Skarmory, because Skarm is Skarm:

-Skamory w/Leftovers or Shed Shell
Nature: Impish
ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Brave Bird, Roost, Whirlwind, Spikes/Toxic

Dragon Rush shouldn't be used because of its accuracy, especially when you have other Dragon attacks you can use. Outrage is an acceptable option (though I prefer Dragon claw myself). Jolly is also the best nature because it allows Garchomp to makes use of its trollriffic base Speed of 102.

-Garchomp w/Focus Sash or Roseli/Haban/Yache Berry
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Swords Dance, Earthquake, Outrage/Dragon Claw, Stone Edge

or

-Garchomp w/Choice Band or Choice Scarf
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Outrage/Dragon Claw, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Fire Fang

MegaZard Y should use Dragon Pulse in place of Air Slash. Dragons wall Flamethrower and Solarbeam, and can take a Focus Miss (particularly Salamence, Dragonite, and Rayquaza). Air Slash doesn't offer any extra coverage anyway.

Swords Dance Aegislash should have an EV spread of 252 HP, 252 Attack. It's defenses are naturally high in Shield form, so they don't need a boost. Putting them into HP maximizes its bulk.

Gengar can use either a Life Orb or Black Sludge. Timid is also the better nature.

Gengar can use either a Life Orb or Black Sludge. Timid is also the better nature.
To build on to the rate:

Mandibuzz can afford to run both Knock Off and Foul Play in some cases. Though Knock Off got buffed, Mandibuzz's Attack is still weak and it won't dish out much damage on its own with Knock Off, plus if Knock Off already knocked away an item on a previous target, of if it's used on a Mega Pokemon, it won't do much damage. Foul Play is the mandatory option on it due to it not using not using Mandibuzz's low Attack:
-Foul Play
-Defog
-Roost
-Toxic/Whirlwind/Knock Off
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat

Here are better Skarmory sets for you to use:
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Stealth Rock/Spikes/Defog
-Brave Bird/Defog
Nature: Impish/Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef or 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy

or
-Spikes
-Whirlwind
-Roost
-Taunt/Brave Bird
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 252 HP/184 Def/72 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy

Fire Blast is preferred on Megazard Y because of the raw power under the sun:
-Fire Blast
-Solar Beam
-Focus Blast
-Roost/Dragon Pulse
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite Y

There's a reason why people don't use Swords Dance + King's Shield Aegislash anymore. It's too easy to play around:
-Shadow Ball
-Substitute
-Toxic
-King's Shield
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sacred Sword/Iron Head
-Shadow Sneak/Iron Head
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Iron Head/Sacred Sword
-Shadow Sneak
-Sacred Sword/King's Shield/Pursuit
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head/Shadow Claw
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Autotomize
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Flash Cannon
Nature: Rash/Modest
EVs: 88 Atk/252 SAtk/168 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Weakness Policy

Energy Ball doesn't give Gengar noteworthy coverage:
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

or
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Disable/Will-o-Wisp/Pain Split
-Will-o-Wisp/Pain Split/Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Focus Blast
-Trick/Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
