I'm more of an attacker, so I'd be open to any and all suggestions.

Lead:
Greninja - Life Orb
Protean
Hydro Pump
Dark Pulse
Ice Beam
Hidden Power Fire
252Att 252Spe 4Hp
Timid

Obviously, a solid moveset for Greninja I say. Hidden Power Fire for the Ferrothorns. Hydro Pump for most Pokemon. Ice beam for Dragons or anything weird like that. And Dark Pulse for Psychic or Ghost leads. Normally get 2-3 kills before switching or getting KO'd. Works like a charm.

Porygon-Z - Leftovers
Adaptibility
Psychic
Recover
Thunderbolt
Shadowball
252Sp.Att 252HP 4Sp.Def
Calm

Works really well actually. High Special Attack leads to some solid hits and can basically at least 2 hit most OU Pokemon. It has Psychic for Coverage against fighting types, and Recover works well when Pokemon don't necessarily hit it all that high.

Alakazam - Focus Sash
Synchronize
Psychic
Calm Mind
Energy Ball
Recover
252Sp,Att 252Spe 4Hp
Mild

I'm thinking of replacing Recover, because there's not very many instances when I can use it, since Alakazam is so frail. The Focus Sash is basically so I don't faint before getting a move off, and I basically just try and hit as many times as possible before fainting. Calm Mind does work well in some cases.

Aegislash - Leftovers
Stance Change
King's Shield
Shadow Sneak
Sacred Sword
Gyro Ball
252Att. 252Spe 4SpD
Adamant

Gyro Ball against the Fairies. King's Shield for stalling or to make sure I have a defensive stance against fast Pokemon. Shadow Sneak works like a charm for quick kills. And Sacred Sword against Ghost types. Works pretty well.

Starmie - Life Orb
Natural Cure
Rapid Spin
Thunderbolt
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
252SpA 252Spe 4SpD
Timid

Supposed to be a Rapid Spinner, but I haven't had very many entry hazards since I started this team. Does act as a good overall Pokemon with a wide variety of coverage moves.

Garchomp - Garchompite
Rough Skin
Crunch
Swords Dance
Earthquake
Outrage
252Att 252Spe 4Hp
Jolly

Amazing Sweeper. I don't even really need Swords Dance to get the job done.

As I said I'm open to suggestions.

Mega Venusaur is a pretty big defensive threat, so consider giving Greninja Extrasensory. Replace Hidden Power or Dark Pulse for it.

Porygon-Z's Speed isn't the best for OU standards. This team is walled easily by special walls like Blissey; outside of Aegislash and Garchomp, you don't have much to deal with them. In fact, I'd make Garchomp give up its Mega slot simply because its Sand Force ability is wasted outside of sand teams and its lower Speed in comparison to its regular form. A physically-oriented Pokemon such as Mega Pinsir, Mega Charizard X, Azumarill, Conkeldurr or Black Kyurem would be preferred over Porygon-Z:

Pinsir:
-Swords Dance
-Return
-Earthquake
-Quick Attack
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Pinsirite

Charizard X:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 144 HP/244 Atk/120 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Will-o-Wisp
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

Azumarill:
-Waterfall
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Superpower/Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 192 HP/252 Atk/64 Spe
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power

or
-Belly Drum
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Waterfall/Superpower
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power

or
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Power-Up Punch
-Waterfall/Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 16 HP/252 Atk/240 SDef
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power

Conkeldurr:
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Knock Off
-Ice Punch/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/236 SDef/20 Spe
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Guts

Black Kyurem:
-Substitute
-Ice Beam
-Fusion Bolt
-Earth Power
Nature: Mild/Rash
EVs: 56 HP/200 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Outrage
-Ice Beam
-Fusion Bolt
-Iron Head/Earth Power/Dragon Claw
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Ice Beam
-Fusion Bolt
-Earth Power
-Roost
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Ice Beam
-Dragon Tail
-Fusion Bolt
-Roost
Nature: Hasty
EVs: 248 HP/60 SDef/200 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Outrage
-Ice Beam
-Fusion Bolt
-Iron Head/Dragon Claw
Nature: Lonely
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band

Aegislash runs specially-based or mixed sets nowadays so that burn doesn't totally screw it over:
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Shadow Ball
-King's Shield
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sacred Sword
-Iron Head/Shadow Sneak/Pursuit
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Flash Cannon
-Sacred Sword
-Shadow Sneak/Pursuit
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head/Shadow Claw
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Autotomize
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Flash Cannon
Nature: Rash/Modest
EVs: 124 Atk/252 SAtk/132 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Weakness Policy

Alakazam is too frail to set up Calm Mind. It's best off all-out attacking. Magic Guard is also the preferred ability to block Life Orb recoil and passive damage from burn and poison:
-Psychic/Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Hidden Power (Fire/Ice)/Dazzling Gleam
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard

Consider Excadrill as a Rapid Spinner over Starmie because it poses a stronger offensive presence:
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rapid Spin
-Stealth Rock/Rock Slide
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker

or
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Choice Scarf) or 120 HP/252 Atk/136 SDef (Assault Vest, Adamant only)
Item: Choice Scarf/Assault Vest
Ability: Mold Breaker

If you want to keep Starmie, consider Psyshock on it because Mega Venusaur can take an Ice Beam thanks to Thick Fat.

If you're going to use Garchomp, you'll wanna have it use Fire Fang or Stone Edge instead of Crunch. Crunch offers Garchomp no extra coverage. Fire Fang and Stone Edge do. And like Platinum said, Mega Garchomp is better on dedicated sand teams where Sand Force is useful. For other items, Yache/Haban/Roseli Berries or Choice Band/Scarf are options.

Your team isn't terribly weak to entry hazards, so a spinner isn't vital. But if you do keep a spinner on the team, I wouldn't go with Excadrill. If you replace Porygon Z with one of the physical attackers Platinum suggested (which is probably a good idea) and add Excadrill to the team, you'll be overloaded with physical attackers and your team will shift from having special wall issues to having physical wall issues. It's also somewhat redundant with Garchomp on the team (as is Starmie with Greninja).

Since you're not laying down your own pointy objects, Defog is an option for you. Maybe Mandibuzz or Crobat?

-Mandibuzz w/Leftovers
Nature: Bold/Impish
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP, 252 Defense, 8 Sp.Defense
Moves: Foul Play, Roost, Defog, Toxic/Knock Off

-Crobat w/Black Sludge
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
Moves: Brave Bird, Defog, Roost, U-Turn

And even if those 2 aren't an option/not appealing, plenty of stuff learns Defog, so maybe something else will work....

Other Defoggers are [email protected], Scizor and Skarmory. Crobat also uses some bulk investment to let it come in and out more easily (of course, max Attack/max Speed is viable too). Mandibuzz uses 248 HP EVs to make its HP indivisible by 4, making it die to 5 Stealth Rock switch-ins from full health as opposed to 4:

Latias:
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock/Thunderbolt
-Defog
-Roost/Recover/Healing Wish
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Latios:
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Earthquake/Surf/Hidden Power (Fire)
-Roost/Recover/Defog
Nature: Hasty/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Skarmory:
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Stealth Rock/Spikes/Brave Bird
-Defog/Brave Bird
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef or 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy

Crobat:
-Brave Bird
-Defog
-Roost
-Taunt/Toxic
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 168 HP/140 Atk/200 Spe
Item: Black Sludge
Ability: Infiltrator

Could've sworn I commented. It's been going great.
I went with Mega-Pinsir, and he's swept quite a few teams.
I kept Aegi as an attacker. I haven't really had to deal with burn on him.
I might change it though, because sometimes Aegi vs Aegi causes me to hit a Kings Shield.
I also used PlatinumDude's Crobat and it works pretty well. I don't take down a lot with it, but it's really came in handy for toxic stalling Gliscors.
