So I have a PC box that I cutely named "MY TEAM" with about 18 Pokémon in there, & an empty BATTLE BOX.

Well not empty, since I keep the team shown below in there for whenever someone challenges me via Internet. It's pretty decent, since they put up a fight but in the end it's still a loss against some Wash Rotom or whatever.
Spoiler:

I usually open up with:

Absol @ Wide Lens (just to have her hold something)
Lv. 81
Jolly Nature (I just kinda caught her for looks, but her speed is the bomb, yo)
Stats: 223 HP / 268 Attack / 136 Def / 135 Sp. Atk / 130 Sp. Def / 171 Speed
Dark Pulse (don't use this much)
Sucker Punch (rlly good!!1!1)
Ice Beam (Just kinda there, like a ninja to deal with whoever)
Stone Edge (same thing ^)
I think her moveset's pretty good for the team ouo

& then the rest:
Funny story, I named this Sylveon Guitar so I could evolve her to a Jolteon(hence Jolly) but I kinda just let her evolve to Sylveon. Her name's still Guitar doe~

Sylveon @ Soft Sand
Lv. 84
Jolly Nature (Aw, her speed :c)
Stats: 296 HP / 143 Atk / 136 Def / 194 Sp. Atk / 239 Sp. Def / 140 Speed
Moonblast
Dazzling Gleam (Most likely replacing this)
Light Screen (don't really use this much, but it makes me look like I'm smart)
Dig (really wish she could learn Earthquake)
Needing serious help on her moveset :c

Lapras @ Amulet Coin
Lv. 99
Docile Nature (like a gentle giant aw)
Stats: 407 HP / 229 Atk / 195 Def / 211 Sp. Atk / 219 Sp. Def / 182 Speed
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Waterfall
Pretty standard moveset. Nothing hidden. He's literally just a regular Lapras that gets in there when a type advantage comes up in favor for him. Should I change it? I usually just switch him out if a problem comes up.

Charizard @ Charizardite X (... Points for originality)
Lv. 95
Modest Nature (Honestly just the Professor's gift. I didn't try to get any nature in his favor so I dunno)
Stats: 276 HP / 203 Atk / 165 Def / 270 Sp. Atk / 202 Sp. Def / 252 Speed
Fly
Flamethrower
Rock Slide (feel so sneaky when I take on another Charizard & boom. Dead before I even get to xD)
Heat Wave (I mean I already have flamethrower, so I'm willing to change this.)
I'm pretty okay with his moves, but I dunno. ono

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Lv. 82
Docile Nature (aww another gentle giant)
Stats: 237 HP / 228 Atk / 154 Def / 234 Sp. Atk / 147 Sp. Def / 211 Speed
Close Combat (usually to finish off some real bulky guy, who would survive Aura Sphere even if it's a weakness)
Flash Cannon (sometimes forget he's a Steel type)
Aura Sphere
Earthquake (This is actually really helpful ono)
I'm okay with his moveset, but tips?

& Then freaking Japanese-Giratina, what.
Giratina @ No Item (sometimes I would give him his orb)
Lv. 99
Hardy Nature
Stats: 431 HP / 261 Atk / 229 Def / 263 Sp. Atk / 226 Sp. Def / 196 Speed
Energy Ball (I kind of lack a grass type on this team, so I gave it to Tina)
Stone Edge (same story ^)
Shadow Force
Shadow Sneak (This usually goes first, so I'm happy~)
I dunno, should I get back his original Earth Power & Heal Block?

So that was my usual Battle Box, & I do usually consider this my "team" but I still want to include other Pokemon I love, which are:

Spoiler:

I've always loved Generation IV, hence Empoleon, Staraptor & all that.

Switching Lapras:
Before everything else, I seriously want to include a Modest Vaporeon I'm training but is it worth it to switch out Lapras? I do need an Ice type... Though isn't it better to own a simple water type, to rid of ice's Fighting/Fire/Rock/Steel weakness?
Vaporeon VS Lapra VS Empoleon
Having Empoleon would most likely get rid of Lucario, since he's also a steel type & I'm pretty sure someone else could learn a fighting move & Earthquake.

Switching Charizard:
In addition, there's also the issue of a flying type:
Staraptor VS Charizard (mentioned above) VS Gliscor
Still. Gliscor's got that x4 weakness to Ice, & not many perks all together, while though Staraptor's got x2 to 3 types, he's also immune to both ghosts & the ground.
Also, Gliscor's more on the defensive while Staraptor can take a hit & still be a decent offense. It really depends on what my team needs...

Also! I honestly want to include either Ninetails or Arcanine, but if Charizard won the versus above, there'd be no point.
Charizard VS Ninetails VS Arcanine

Switching Lucario:
I don't have an electric type, so I'm thinking of Luxray... but as pointless as he may seem, I also love Ampharos.
Easily, there's no completion but what do you think? & who would Luxray/Amphy replace in the team above? Lucario? Or should I forget the idea of the much needed Electric type?
Luxray VS Ampharos VS Lucario VS combine & get Magnezone
But that x4 ice weakness by golly, Magnezone.

I don't own either a Rock, or a bug type... so I've begun training this Anorith>Armaldo. Should I include it or no & just have someone else learn a bug move or another rock-type move? Armaldo's not much on his own, but does have access to X-Scissor,
but then again so does Gliscor & Absol.

Switching Sylveon:
Also, I need a fairy type, & if Charizard didn't win the flying type, I'd no doubt have Togekiss along with most likely Ninetails/Arcanine as the fire type, but what do you think?
Sylveon VS Togekiss

Concerning legendaries:
Usually, I don't enjoy having many legendaries, or just legendaries in general but since I don't have a Grass or a Psychic, I'm considering Celebi. Think about it, she's cute & overall aids in my team's appearance.
Then there's Gardevoir.
Celebi VS Gardevoir VS Giratina w/ Energy Ball VS Mewtwo
Also, I'd love to have a Shaymin but no one's willing to trade :c & I realize Celebi may not be the best ever(especially since I don't do all that "setting up special walls & all"), especially since those weakness. By golly.
In reality I guess it's Gardevoir VS Giratina VS Mewtwo

I honestly do not like Mewtwo. His 3D figure is a bit awkward & though he's an overall excellent Pokemon, many people own him & I'd rather have Celebi, Gardevoir, Giratina any day. Still, I'm including him because he is such a great Pokemon.

You can probably tell I'm keeping my beloved Absol(as dark & teenage angst as she is), but what do you think? Should I?

I know it's a bunch of info, but if you could help me, that'd be awesome. I've been stressing about forming a good team for myself since I got into online battling, & I finally narrowed it down enough to have someone else opinions.

If it's not to much trouble, help me out?

There's no need to say a Pokemon's individual stats. EVs and natures are all that matter.

Absol is only good in its Mega Evolution. Its regular form is mediocre, save for a massive Attack:
-Sucker Punch
-Pursuit/Night Slash/Knock Off
-Fire Blast
-Play Rough/Superpower
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Absolite
Ability: Super Luck/Justified

or
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Night Slash/Knock Off
-Play Rough/Baton Pass
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Absolite
Ability: Super Luck/Justified

Since you already have a Mega Pokemon in Charizard, I'd replace Absol entirely with Bisharp or Mandibuzz:

Bisharp:
-Sucker Punch
-Iron Head
-Knock Off
-Pursuit/Swords Dance
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Black Glasses/Dread Plate/Life Orb
Ability: Defiant

Mandibuzz:
-Foul Play
-Defog
-Roost
-Toxic/Whirlwind/Knock Off
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat

Sylveon's Attack is too low to make use of any physical moves. It also learns decent coverage moves in Shadow Ball and Psyshock. Sylveon is also only good with Hyper Voice + Pixilate. To even have access to this combo, an Anticipation Eevee with Hyper Voice must be transferred from Black 2/White 2:
-Wish
-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell/Calm Mind
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate

or
-Hyper Voice
-Shadow Ball
-Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Ground)/Baton Pass/Echoed Voice
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate

Charizard X should only use physical moves to take better advantage of its Tough Claws ability. Charizard actually is viable in OU because of the unpredictability of having 2 Mega Evolutions:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 144 HP/244 Atk/120 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Will-o-Wisp
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

Since you already have a Mega Pokemon in Absol, Dragonite makes a fine substitute:
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Extreme Speed
-Earthquake
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 24 Def/252 Atk/232 Spe
Item: Lum Berry/Weakness Policy
Ability: Multiscale

You can only Mega Evolve 1 Pokemon per battle, so Lucario will have to make do without Lucarionite:
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Iron Tail/Ice Punch/Earthquake
-Extreme Speed
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Giratina is an Uber Pokemon, meaning that it's not allowed in an OU team. Ghost Pokemon that are allowed, however, are Gengar and Aegislash:

Gengar:
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Will-o-Wisp
-Taunt/Sludge Bomb/Focus Blast/Sludge Wave/Disable
Nature: Timid
EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Black Sludge

or
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave
-Focus Blast/Thunderbolt
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Aegislash:
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Pursuit/Iron Head/Sacred Sword
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Substitute
-Toxic
-King's Shield
-Shadow Ball
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Flash Cannon/Sacred Sword
-Sacred Sword/Pursuit
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head/Shadow Claw
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Regarding your other options, Lapras and Empoleon aren't viable. The former's defensive typing is bad, while the latter doesn't have much that it can offer over bulky Waters besides Defog support (and even then, Crobat, Zapdos, Mandibuzz and [email protected] do Defog support better, which this team needs if Mega Absol does down).

I don't believe Luxray is viable either. It's slow and not that bulky. Ampharos may be slower, but it has the bulk to take hits. I could suggest Mega Ampharos, or Mega Gardevoir, but you already have Charizard as your Mega. Also, Mewtwo is an Uber, making it not allowed in OU teams.
