I'm not a huge fan for pokemon that are commonly used, as you will notice in my team. I work best using status conditions, so I've tought Toxic to a couple of my pokemon (Not to mention Will-o-whisp to chandelure) and protect to many. This way when a Pokemon is poisoned I can usually stall. Sweepers are my personal weak point, though I haven't tried out choice scarfs yet.

Mienshao is my current sweeper with a full investment in attack and speed. Hi jump kick is her first, most powerful move.

Minshao

Nature: naive
Movepool: U-turn, Hidden Power, Protect, High Jump Kick
Item: Choice Scarf

Hydreigon is built to stay in the game for a while on his own and has a full investment in hp, as well as evenly spread EVs in Def and Sp.Def, this way he can roost, protect, and toxic all day! This hyreigon has worked out very well competitively so far.

Hydreigon

Nature: Mild
Movepool: Protect, Dragon Rush, Roost, Toxic
Item: None yet

Chandelure

Sp 252/ Sp.Atk 228/ Sp.def 24 / hp 4
Nature: serious
Movepool: Overheat, Will-O-whisp, Shadow Ball, Protect (debating on changing to Confuse Ray)
Item: Leftovers

Mega Aggron

I don't have this one yet, but when I do it will be a tank. owo I'll be maxing out Sp.def thats for sure. I think I might teach him thunder wave too.

Sandshlash is really something I just threw together, he can be switched out, but after looking at his stats and moves I think he would be a good attacker for my team. I'm maxing out his sp.def so he can stay in the game better since sweepers arent my specialty.

Sandslash

Max Sp.def / Max HP / 4 Def
Nature: Brave
Movepool: Earth Quake, Swords Dance, Slash, Protect

I honestly don't know what to use for the last pokemon. I have a good Blissey Sp.def wall but I don't know if if that would be a good addition at this point. I'm up for any suggestions and help! I'm not a big smogon fan, usually I get help from youtubers. So it would be nice if I didn't just get a bunch of smogon builds thrown in my face (It's happened a lot) I appreciate honest opinions.

I love to battle! Feel free to add or message me!

Mienshao appreciates the freedom of switching moves, so Choice Scarf is a terrible option:
-High Jump Kick
-Knock Off
-U-turn
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Stone Edge/Grass Knot
Nature: Naive/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator

Being locked into High Jump Kick is bad because it's an invitation for Ghosts to switch in, cause the move to miss and inflict massive damage to Mienshao as a result. I feel that there are better Fighting Pokemon out there like Conkeldurr that can do Mienshao's job better:
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Knock Off
-Ice Punch/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 188 HP/252 Atk/48 SDef/20 Spe or 236 HP/252 Atk/20 Spe
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Guts

or
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Knock Off/Ice Punch/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Guts

The only offensive move Hydriegon has is Dragon Rush. -_- Not only is it inaccurate, but Fairies are immune to it, causing it to struggle against them. There are better Pokemon that can abuse Toxic, you know. Hydreigon is best played as a wall breaker; you're wasting its potential and wide offensive movepool:
-Draco Meteor
-Dark Pulse
-Fire Blast
-Iron Tail/Superpower
Nature: Mild/Rash
EVs: 60 Atk/216 SAtk/232 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Chandelure isn't good enough for support purposes because of its meh defensive typing. Like Hydreigon, it should go on the offensive:
-Fire Blast
-Shadow Ball
-Energy Ball
-Trick/Memento/Hidden Power (Ground)
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf/Choice Specs
Ability: Flash Fire/Infiltrator

or
-Substitute
-Pain Split
-Fire Blast
-Shadow Ball
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

Mega Aggron is best played defensively:
-Stealth Rock
-Heavy Slam/Iron Head
-Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy

or
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Heavy Slam/Iron Head
-Earthquake/Ice Punch
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy

I'd rather use Blissey over Sandslash. It can cover for Aggron's lower Special Defense, but be ready for any Fighting moves that may come your way:
-Heal Bell/Aromatherapy
-Soft-Boiled
-Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
-Toxic/Thunder Wave
Nature: Bold
EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure

Ok then, it looks like my Blissey is a keeper. I'll add it to the RMT. My delima now is what for the 6th pokemon? I'm considering a supporter drifblim.
Don't even think about Drifblim. It's outclassed by other defensive Ghost Pokemon like Gourgeist. Another Fighting resist like Gliscor helps:
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Protect
-Earthquake
Nature: Impish
EVs: 244 HP/32 Def/224 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

or
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock/Taunt
-Toxic/U-turn/Knock Off
-Protect/Roost
Nature: Impish
EVs: 244 HP/204 Def/52 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal

Defense Isn't quite what I'm looking for, though, mostly what I'm trying to aim towards is a baton pass user. Besides I'm not too thrilled about having a toxic orb Gliscor considering I see them constantly. I used to use buneary but their mostly for speed, and I specialize in tanks, which leads me to Drifblim with his massive HP. I would use something like this baton pass difblim: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rr6YEcn2Vbo

I just believe that leaves blissey up for debate since Drifblim and aggron would be very specially defensive?

I love to battle! Feel free to add or message me!

I don't recommend Drifblim at all. As I said before, it outclassed by a lot of things. If you want a fast Baton Passer, use Scolipede:
-Megahorn
-Spikes/Toxic Spikes
-Swords Dance/Toxic Spikes
-Baton Pass/Earthquake/Rock Slide
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost

or
-Swords Dance/Iron Defense
-Substitute/Megahorn
-Protect/Megahorn
-Baton Pass
Nature: Timid/Jolly
EVs: 248 HP/208 SDef/48 Spe
Item: Mental Herb/Black Sludge
Ability: Speed Boost
