So I have this team that has done well in showdown, it's my firss monotype and I need to know what to improve.

Jolly Scyther @Eviolite
Technician
-Swords Dance
-Aerial Ace
-Brick Break
-Quick Attack
252 Atk/252 Speed/4 HP

Careful Altaria @Leftovers
Natural Cure
-Roost
-Toxic
-Dragon Claw (Air Slash?)
-Cotton Guard
252 HP/252 SpDef/4 Def

Timid Charizard @Charizardite Y
Blaze/Drought
-Dragon Pulse (Focus Blast? Roost?)
-Air Slash
-Solar Beam
-Flamethrower
252 SpAtk/252 Speed/4 Def

Impish Skarmory @Sitrus Berry
Sturdy
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird
252 HP/252 Def/4 SpDef

Impish Gliscor @Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
-Toxic
-Protect
-Substitute
-Earthquake
244 HP/252 Def/12 Speed

Adamant Gyarados @Life Orb
Intimidate
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Dragon Dance
-Bounce (Ice Fang?)
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed

I'm also thinking of using Talonflame and Mega Aerodactyl replacing Mega Charizard and Gyarados But I'm not sure, what do you recommend?

I don't think Scyther is a good fit. Though this is a monotype, Scizor does what Scyther can do better. I'd remove Scyther and replace it with something like Mandibuzz for the Defog support:
-Foul Play
-Defog
-Roost
-Knock Off/Toxic/Whirlwind
Nature: Impish/Bold
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat

Altaria can't learn a Special Flying STAB. And Dragonite >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Altaria by a long shot. It has more power behind it and Multiscale eases setup:
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Extreme Speed
-Earthquake
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/24 Def/232 Spe
Item: Weakness Policy/Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale

or
-Outrage
-Extreme Speed
-Earthquake
-Fire Punch/Dragon Claw
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale

or
-Dragon Claw
-Extreme Speed
-Earthquake
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 216 HP/64 Atk/228 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Multiscale

Fire Blast > Flamethrower on Charizard. It needs the raw power:
-Fire Blast
-Solar Beam
-Focus Blast
-Dragon Pulse/Roost
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 Def/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite Y

Leftovers > Sitrus Berry on Skarmory; it needs the steady recovery of Leftovers as opposed to the one-time partial healing of Sitrus Berry.

Gliscor should use 244 HP/32 Def/224 Spe as its EV spread. This lets it outspeed threats up to Naughty Mega Garchomp to stall slower threats out before they can move.

I'm planning to use altaria as a wall, because of his high sp def and cotton guard access

Setting up with Cotton Guard is not worth it. It makes you setup bait.

Dragonite does the specially defensive thing better, as seen in its third set. It tanks hits and dishes out its own hard hits in return.

If you want a better defensive Flying Pokemon, see the Mandibuzz set I posted. It provides support for the team by using Defog to get rid of entry hazards, especially Stealth Rock, as most of your Pokemon are vulnerable to it.
