I'd rather use Assault Vest with Machamp, since the recoil can eat away at its decent bulk pretty fast in conjunction with damage from other moves.
It looks like Porygon2 is using a defensive spread with an offensive set. That doesn't seem to work, IMO:
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt/Discharge
-Thunder Wave/Toxic
-Recover
Nature: Bold/Calm
EVs: 252 HP/176 Def/80 SDef
Item: Eviolite
Ability: Trace
or
-Tri Attack
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt/Discharge
-Recover
Nature: Modest/Quiet
EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Item: Eviolite
Ability: Download/Trace
Test out physical or special Victini before you decide which one works better:
-V-Create
-U-turn
-Bolt Strike
-Brick Break/Zen Headbutt/Flare Blitz
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf
or
-V-Create/Blue Flare
-Psychic
-Grass Knot/Thunder/Glaciate
-Focus Blast
Nature: Naive/Timid/Modest/Rash
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
It's better to use special moves on Nidoqueen because the only move that benefits from Sheer Force on your current set is Poison Jab; also, all of Nidoqueen's viable Special moves benefit from Sheer Force. Sheer Force only powers up moves that have a chance of occurring, like Earth Power, which has a 10% chance of lowering Special Defense. Stone Edge's high critical hit rate isn't disabled:
-Earth Power
-Sludge Wave
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt/Fire Blast/Stealth Rock/Roar
Nature: Modest
EVs: 168 HP/252 SAtk/88 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
I wouldn't really use Toxic on Honchkrow; it's meant to wallbreak with Brave Bird and pick off faster threats with Sucker Punch. In the last slot, Roost (to recover off Life Orb and Brave Bird recoil), Heat Wave (to deal with the Steels that can handle Superpower) and Pursuit (to hit fleeing opponents) are preferred.
