Brick Break is redundant with Earthquake on Haxorus. It needs Poison Jab to get past Fairies:
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage/Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
-Earthquake
-Poison Jab
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 36 HP/252 Atk/220 Spe
Item: Lum Berry/Life Orb
Ability: Mold Breaker

Crunch doesn't give Mega Aerodactyl any noteworthy coverage:
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake/Fire Fang
-Ice Fang/Aqua Tail
-Aerial Ace/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Aerodactylite

I don't think Tentacruel cuts it as a Rapid Spinner this gen. While Starmie has fallen out of favor in Gen VI, it still has its uses:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Psyshock/Thunderbolt
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure

Sableye should use a Bold nature with 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef for more balanced bulk.

Porygon-Z isn't viable in OU, IMO. It's outclassed by Crawdaunt as an Adaptability abuser and by other special attackers such as Greninja (because Greninja is faster):

Crawdaunt:
-Crabhammer
-Aqua Jet
-Knock Off
-Crunch/Swords Dance
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band/Life Orb/Mystic Water/Splash Plate
Ability: Adaptability

Greninja:
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Extrasensory
-Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Grass/Fire)/Grass Knot/Spikes
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Protean

Scrafty's 4x weakness to Fairy hinders it in OU. Togekiss, Sylveon and Clefable are Fairies you should watch for. A Fairy resist on the team is ideal, such as Heatran, Amoonguss and Aegislash:

Aegislash:
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Pursuit/Iron Head/Sacred Sword
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Substitute
-Toxic
-King's Shield
-Shadow Ball
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Flash Cannon/Sacred Sword
-Sacred Sword/Pursuit
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Iron Head/Shadow Claw
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Heatran:
-Lava Plume
-Protect
-Taunt/Roar/Stealth Rock
-Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire

or
-Fire Blast/Overheat
-Flash Cannon
-Earth Power/Stone Edge (latter Choice Scarf only)
-Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire

Amoonguss:
-Spore
-Giga Drain
-Sludge Bomb/Hidden Power (Fire)
-Stun Spore/Clear Smog
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator

Thanks for the tips, although it wasn't my intention to battle in OU D:

Haxorus:
I agree with the set you provided, although, wouldn't a jolly nature suffice, in order to outspeed. Agreed with the poison jab though, i guess my team needs a bit more coverage against fairies, since its really weak to it.

Aerodactyl:
Totally agree, i really didn't know what move set to give it!

Tentacruel:
I tried utilising a more defensive set since i needed a tank, although your set gives an option of a special sweeper-ish. Would scald be better than hydro pump/surf, since it gives it a chance to burn, and higher accuracy than hydro pump.

Sableye:
Thanks for that. I noticed sableye couldn't really stay in too long to do the usual (taunt, WOW)

Porygon-Z:
Hmm, i see your point, i just wanted a pokemon to switch into a potential ghost moves, and neutrality to most types.

Suggested pokemon:
I use both greninja and aegis lash for my other team, I just wanted another team :)
Heatran - I see EQ as a really common move, if i use heat ran, should i use an air balloon? Other than that, the set is really good!
Amoongus - I might switch amoongus for tentacruel

Haxorus sits at an awkward Speed tier, so Adamant would be the better pick.

Scald is better on defensive sets, IMO, which this Starmie isn't.

Infernape's best niche this time is a mixed attacker:
-Fire Blast/Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Thunder Punch
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Mach Punch/U-turn
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 212 Atk/44 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
