I posted a near-copy of this thread on another forum, but it's pretty inactive over there and I got few replies. My friends and I are planning to do a lot of battling soon, and I want a number of teams to rotate around in order to keep people on their toes. For the most part, our group does not particularly care about things like EVs and IVs, and we only pay attention to tiers in the sense that we limit ubers to a maximum of one per team. With a small handful of exceptions, I want to only use Pokemon that I've had on my various in-game teams, so please don't suggest alternate Pokemon. I'm just looking for moveset, item, and team arrangement advice. I would particularly like to build teams that revolve around each of my megas, especially Gardevoir and Lucario.

Team #1
Cinccino, Jolteon, Jellicent, Charizard, Aegislash, Krookodile

Detailed Pokemon Information
Spoiler:
Jellicent @Leftovers
Ice Beam, Energy Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Surf
Notes: Sharing the Leftovers with Sylveon until I get another.

Jolteon @Shuca Berry
Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Shadow Ball, Quick Attack

Cinccino @King's Rock
Tail Slap, Bullet Seed, Rock Blast, U-Turn
Notes: Has Skill Link.

Charizard @Charizardite X
Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Dragon Claw, Roost

Aegislash @Metal Coat
Swords Dance, Shadow Sneak, Iron Head, Aerial Ace
Notes: Yeah, it doesn't have King's Shield. Sue me.

Krookodile @Persim Berry
Embargo, Crunch, Earthquake, Outrage

Heliolisk @Zap Plate
Thunderbolt, Parabolic Charge, Thunder Wave, Bulldoze

Vivillon @Big Root
Draining Kiss, Bug Buzz, Quiver Dance, Psychic
Notes: I only have one Big Root, which I'm sharing between Vivillon and Sawsbuck. I see no need to have both on a team in the first place, but just keep that in mind when helping me build alternate teams.

Goodra @Assault Vest
Thunderbolt, Draco Meteor, Sludge Wave, Muddy Water

Venusaur @Venusaurite
Sludge Bomb, Poison Powder, Leech Seed, Energy Ball

Greninja @Mystic Water
Extrasensory, Surf, Ice Beam, Quick Attack

Rotom (Heat)
Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Hex, Confuse Ray

Chandelure @Meadow Plate
Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, Psychic, Flamethrower

Pyroar
Flamethrower, Hyper Voice, Will-O-Wisp, Dark Pulse

Delphox
Psyshock, Flamethrower, Will-O-Wisp, Psychic

Blaziken @Blazikenite
Slash, Brave Bird, Brick Break, Blaze Kick

Lucario @Lucarionite
Aura Sphere, Bone Rush, Close Combat, Dragon Pulse

Glaceon @Icicle Plate
Ice Shard, Ice Beam, Return, Shadow Ball
Notes: Doesn't have a good enough attack stat to make use of Return, so I'll likely look into its Hidden Power type. 60 power is better than nothing.

Zoroark
Embargo, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Night Daze

Golduck
Scald, Psychic, Ice Beam, Surf

Emolga
Volt Switch, Acrobatics, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt
Notes: Crippled by XY's lack of Flying Gems. I designed it from the get-go to be a bit of a one-trick pony, causing massive damage with a boosted Acrobatics and then getting out of there with Volt Switch as soon as a threat comes along. It shows.

Emboar @Shell Bell
Brick Break, Assurance, Heat Crash, Flamethrower

Reuniclus @Quick Claw
Trick Room, Psychic, Flash Cannon, Shadow Ball
Notes: Trick Room does its teammates no favors. Open to suggestions concerning a replacement move.

Sawsbuck @Big Root
Wild Charge, Horn Leech, Megahorn, Return
Notes: I only have one Big Root, which I'm sharing between Vivillon and Sawsbuck. I see no need to have both on a team in the first place, but just keep that in mind when helping me build alternate teams.

Gardevoir @Gardevoirite
Thunderbolt, Psychic, Double Team, Moonblast

Absol @Absolite
Swords Dance, Psycho Cut, Night Slash, X-Scissor

Aggron @Aggronite
Earthquake, Iron Head, Double-Edge, Power-Up Punch
Notes: Debating the merits of Stone Edge vs. Power-Up Punch. Has Rock Head for maximum Double-Edge fun.

Breloom
Mach Punch, Stun Spore, Headbutt, Leech Seed

Linoone
Covet, Ice Beam, Surf, Thunderbolt
Notes: You might be thinking this is a stupid and terrible Linoone moveset, and you'd be right. But for ten years, this is the traditional set I've put on every Linoone I've owned, and for stupid, sentimental reasons, I'm not sure I want to change it.

Swampert
Earthquake, Waterfall, Giga Impact, Hammer Arm

Florges
Calm Mind, Psychic, Energy Ball, Moonblast

Meowstic
Fake Out, Psychic, Signal Beam, Dark Pulse

Sylveon @Leftovers
Moonblast, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Wish
Notes: Sharing the Leftovers with Jellicent until I get another.

Jellicent needs Recover to function defensively:
-Scald/Shadow Ball
-Will-o-Wisp
-Recover
-Taunt
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/172 Def/88 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb/Cursed Body

or
-Scald
-Shadow Ball/Ice Beam
-Will-o-Wisp
-Recover
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/172 SDef/88 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb

Charizard X is relatively versatile, so it can run offensive Dragon Dance, bulky Dragon Dance or even a defensive set:
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blitz/Fire Punch
-Dragon Claw/Outrage
-Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Dragon Dance
-Dragon Claw
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 144 HP/244 Atk/120 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

or
-Fire Punch/Earthquake
-Dragon Claw
-Will-o-Wisp
-Roost
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/148 SDef/112 Spe
Item: Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze

Jolteon is too frail to make use of status moves and it's already fast enough, meaning it doesn't have to rely on Thunder Wave:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power (Ice/Grass/Fire)
-Shadow Ball/Signal Beam
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb

While Knock Off is a B2/W2 tutor move for Krookodile, it's a move that's seen everywhere due to the buff it gained (not just in terms of power, but also powering up further if the opponent has a non-Mega Stone item). Embargo isn't that useful, tbh.

Aegislash is seen as a mixed attacker, though Swords Dance + 3 attacks is viable in its own right. That's because physical Aegislash has a tendency to get crippled by burn. There are better coverage moves for Aegislash than Aerial Ace; Aerial Ace only hits Breloom and Chesnaught, but not much else:
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak/Sacred Sword
-Iron Head/Pursuit/Sacred Sword
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers

or
-Substitute
-Toxic
-King's Shield
-Shadow Ball
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Flash Cannon/Sacred Sword
-Pursuit/Sacred Sword
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Shadow Claw/Iron Head
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Now for the other team members:

I hope you realize that Heliolisk's move pool is rather wide. Its current moveset isn't doing you any favors, as Bulldoze runs off of its low Attack, while Parabolic Charge is weak:
-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch
-Surf/Grass Knot
-Focus Blast/Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Ground/Fire)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs/Expert Belt
Ability: Dry Skin

Vivillon isn't worth bothering, tbh. While accurate Hurricanes thanks to Compound Eyes gives it a niche, it's not that strong and fast; it's also ridiculously frail. Volcarona is the better Quiver Dancer in all cases, due to having more bulk, Speed and power right off the bat:
-Quiver Dance
-Bug Buzz
-Fiery Dance
-Roost
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/192 Def/68 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Sitrus Berry
Ability: Flame Body

I'd squeeze in Earthquake in somewhere on Goodra, as having the ability to hit Heatran harder is appreciated. Consider Fire Blast as well for the harder hit on Ferrothorn and Scizor. Nature should be Quiet or Sassy with the EV spread of 248 HP/252 SAtk/8 SDef; the ability should be Gooey or Sap Sipper.

Much better Megasaur sets down here. It has better utility options in Leech Seed and Sleep Powder. It also has a recovery STAB in Giga Drain:
-Giga Drain
-Sludge Bomb
-Earthquake/Sleep Powder
-Synthesis
Nature: Relaxed/Bold
EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef or 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Venusaurite

or
-Giga Drain/Leech Seed
-Sludge Bomb
-Hidden Power (Fire)
-Synthesis
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Item: Venusaurite

Greninja should always use Protean as its ability; this is the very ability that makes it actually viable. Quick Attack is useless outside of Mega Pinsir and Diggersby:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Extrasensory
-Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire/Grass)/Grass Knot/Spikes
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt/Focus Sash
Ability: Protean

The only good Mega Gardevoir sets use Hyper Voice, which is a B2/W2 tutor move. You'll need Poke Bank for this. Take note that Pixilate only affects Normal moves, not moves that are already Fairy type:
-Psyshock
-Hyper Voice
-Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Timid
EVs: 24 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace

or
-Calm Mind
-Psyshock
-Hyper Voice
-Shadow Ball/Taunt
Nature: Timid
EVs: 24 Def/232 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace

If you can't get a Hyper Voice Gardevoir from B2/W2, you'll have to make do with regular Gardevoir:
-Psyshock
-Moonblast
-Focus Blast
-Healing Wish/Trick
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Trace

Play Rough > Psycho Cut on Mega Absol. Not only does it hit Fighting Pokemon, it also hits Dragons:
-Sucker Punch
-Pursuit/Night Slash/Knock Off
-Fire Blast
-Play Rough/Superpower
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Absolite
Ability: Super Luck/Justified

or
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Night Slash/Knock Off
-Play Rough/Baton Pass
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Absolite
Ability: Super Luck

Give Chandelure Choice Specs or Choice Scarf. It needs the power or Speed, rather than the boost from Meadow Plate. Use 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe as the EV spread, with Modest/Timid and Flash Fire or Infiltrator as the ability.

Heat Rotom has better things to do than confusing opponents with Confuse Ray. Hex won't power up if the opponent is confused or infatuated:
-Volt Switch
-Overheat
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Rest
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

I wouldn't really bother with Delphox and Pyroar, tbh. They're severely outclassed by stronger, faster Fire Pokemon, like the Charizards and Blaziken. Speaking of Blaziken, Slash and Brave Bird don't give it noteworthy coverage. It also has stronger STABs in Flare Blitz and High Jump Kick:
-Flare Blitz
-High Jump Kick/Low Kick
-Knock Off/Stone Edge/Shadow Claw/Protect
-Swords Dance/Protect
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Blazikenite/Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost

Lucario should stick to physically-based or specially-based sets only:
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extreme Speed
-Iron Tail/Crunch/Earthquake/Ice Punch
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Lucarionite/Life Orb

or
-Nasty Plot
-Aura Sphere
-Flash Cannon
-Shadow Ball/Dark Pulse/Vacuum Wave
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Lucarionite
Ability: Inner Focus/Steadfast

I wouldn't bother with Glaceon either. Pure Ice is a terrible defensive typing and the other Eeveelutions apart from Flareon outperform it.

Golduck isn't worth it either; it's outclassed by faster and/or stronger Water Pokemon like Greninja, Gyarados and even Milotic and Crawdaunt.

Emolga is outclassed as well, but by other Electric Pokemon like the Rotom appliances, Thundurus, Zapdos and even Mega Manectric.

Mega Aggron is best played defensively to better take advantage of Filter:
-Stealth Rock
-Heavy Slam/Iron Head
-Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy

or
-Rest
-Sleep Talk
-Heavy Slam/Iron Head
-Earthquake/Ice Punch
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Aggronite
Ability: Sturdy

Headbutt doesn't let Breloom achieve anything notable. Spore is the sole reason why it's used, even if Grass Pokemon are now immune to it:
-Bullet Seed
-Mach Punch
-Rock Tomb
-Spore
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Technician

Linoone is terrible. It's rather weak and it's outclassed by other Normal Pokemon, like Diggersby and Exploud.

Focus Blast > Flash Cannon on Reuniclus. EV spread of 192 HP/64 Def/252 SAtk is preferred. Life Orb is the best item for it. Quick Claw is too luck-based to rely on.

Don't use Giga Impact or moves like it ever. They make you a sitting duck the next turn.

Whatever Florges can do, Sylveon can do it better:
-Wish
-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell/Calm Mind
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate

Meowstic is outclassed by other Psychic Pokemon like Alakazam because it doesn't pack enough power to be a threat.

Will comment on more later.

I appreciate the moveset advice, but please read a bit more thoroughly next time? I want to use the exact Pokemon, too, not just members of the same species, so abilities and natures aren't up for debate.
