Team looks pretty good, just needs a few minor changes:

Talonflame's EV spread should be 40 HP, 252 Attack, 212 Speed.

Greninja likes to have Extrasensory in order to handle Mega Venusaur, who's fairly common these days and would love to come in on Greninja. Swap either Dark Pulse or Grass Knot with it.

Scoilpede should run Protect over Spikes. Its currently lacks the bulk needed to have enough time to lay down Spikes and get a Swords Dance up before Baton Passing (because Lucario and Garchomp would love to not have to eat up a turn setting up themselves). So either do that or change it to this set:

-Scolipede w/Black Sludge or Focus Sash
Nature: Impish
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Megahorn, Spikes, Baton Pass, Swords Dance

Also, if you're playing on Showdown, Lucarionite is banned in OU, so you'd have to use a different item for Lucario. If you aren't playing on Showdown, then you don't need to worry about that.

And there's no need to post the name of the set.

Talonflame @Sharp Beak
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spe / 252 Atk
Moves: Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, Roost, Tailwind

Greninja @Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 Atk

1. Scolipede can't learn Spore. That above set is best suited for dedicated Baton Pass teams. Scolipede forces switches sometimes, so it does get a few opportunities to lay down Spikes, then Baton Pass out of there.
2. Talonflame needs an Adamant nature to make its Brave Birds hit as hard as possible. Jolly is also redundant with Gale Wings.
3. Jolly lowers Greninja's Special Attack, its main attacking stat.

Tl;dr:

Scolipede:
-Megahorn
-Spikes/Toxic Spikes
-Swords Dance/Toxic Spikes
-Earthquake/Rock Slide/Baton Pass
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost

Talonflame:
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings

or
-Bulk Up
-Brave Bird
-Roost
-Taunt/Substitute
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings

or
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-U-turn
-Tailwind/Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Choice Band/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings

Greninja:
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Extrasensory
-Dark Pulse/Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Fire/Grass)/Spikes
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Protean

Extreme Speed > Bullet Punch. The +2 priority is important for Lucario.

The two I might switch are lucario for extreme speed and greninja for extrasensory. What's the advantage for extrasensory over dark pulse? I want to use grass knot for water types like wash Rotom gyrados and azumaril. Then extreme speed? What does it take care of? I use bullet punch for fairys.

Here's a few things. You don't have to listen to me. Platinum Dude is a way better battler than me, I'm pretty sure.

For Garchomp, I like to use Choice Scarf. I think it'd work well with being set up by a Scolipede. It'd basically be faster than most other Pokemon and be able to sweep pretty well. Also, I don't know how much resistance a Yache can do. I'd check, but a 4x Icicle Crash from Mamo could be catostrophic.

As for the Scolipede, I've noticed you have a very offensive team. Your only real bulk is Sylveon. I've heard of an Iron Defense Scolipede to make a Pokemon more bulky, but you seem like the type of person who focuses more on raw power. Also, determine how you want your Scolipede to be. If all you're going to use is 1 attack and that's really only for if you get Taunted, then I say invest your EVs into HP and Speed. However, if you were to maybe want to surprise your opponent with more attacks, then Attack and Speed works fine. Scolipede can actually work well as a Pokemon because there are quite a few options to work with for it.

And, just a little advice. Infernape leads are pretty hot right now. I wouldn't keep a Scolipede in on one. Flare Blitz + Mach Punch means that you can't BP and you're out a Scolipede.

OH, and as for your recent questions. Out of the Pokemon you just listed, the only one that really would hit hard enough with a Grass Knot is a Mega-Gyrados. The other ones are pretty light and does about the same damage as a dark pulse. Extrasensory can take care of fighting and poison types really well.

Also, Extreme speed is really added to give it that extra speed really. It's sort of to finish off an opponent that's also going for the priority move. I understand your point, though. So, I'd almost say, switch Earthquake for Extreme Speed. That's your call, though.

1. It can on Showdowe. OP didn't specify what kind of team.
2. Both natures work just fine for me.

I'll replace dark pulse with extrasensory and I'll keep bullet punch. Is this a good choice platinum dude?
Bullet Punch doesn't offer much coverage since it's really only effective at dealing with Fairy-types (Fighting already covers Rock and Ice, while Earthquake is still powerful enough on its own), so you should do what PlatinumDude said and replace Bullet Punch with Extreme Speed.

The reason why he's telling you to use Extreme Speed is because of the +2 priority. Also take note that under Smogon's rules Mega Lucario is banned in OU, due to being overpowered. Just use the sets PlatinumDude provided and you should be set.
Gone forever for personal reasons.

I'll replace dark pulse with extrasensory and when I get a new jolly mega lucario I'll replace bullet punch with extreme speed, I don't want to get rid of bullet punch because it's an egg move. I've finally made my team into level 100s (I finally have my team!). Also I want to add Latias and Latios on my team, replace Garchomp of course, but I'll talk about that when Mega Latias and Latios are out.

If a Pokemon was born with an egg move, it can be re-taught that move from the move reminder in Dendemille Town. So there's no need to breed a new Lucario. It also let's you switch between Extreme Speed and Bullet Punch to see which you like better.
