Hello everybody!

Well to start off, I reset my X so I could incorporate my new name, UB3R_N00B. Unfortunately, you can not put "_" in your in-game name so I used "-" instead so it looks like this: UB3R-N00B. I like it but would have loved an underscore for it. Well anyway, enough of that! Since I restarted and have one Pokémon at the moment, a level 10 Fennekin who WILL get boxed soon! I wanted to use Pokémon that I have never used before in ANY game, be it in-game or competitively! So I came up with this and was fairly happy with the outcome, though I have no mega Pokémon but meh, I went without for 5 generations worth of games, right? Lol, anyway without further ado, here is my team! Please note I am not listing EV's, IV's, Nature's as it's for in-game and they aren't really necessary, however, I did fit all of the HM's on all of the Pokémon I have and please DO NOT tell me to erase them! I have always loved not having to go back to a Pokémon Center just to grab a Pokémon with cut in order to get that TM, rare candy, or other items! Okay, enough of me rambling, here is my plan for my in-game team, any hints, tips and discussions are very welcome! Here they are:

Pokémon #1
Pokémon: Drifloon/Drifblim
Ability: Aftermath
Found at: Route 8
Moveset: Toxic, Hex, Fly, Return

Pokémon #2
Pokémon: Scatterbug/Spewpa/Vivillion
Ability: Compoundeyes
Found at: Route 2
Moveset: Quiver Dance, Bug Buzz, Hurricane, Sleep Powder

Pokémon #3
Pokémon: Nidoran/Nidorina/Nidoqueen
Ability: Poison Point
Found at: Route 11
Moveset: Surf, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Cut

Pokémon #4
Pokémon: Dunsparce
Ability: Serene Grace
Found at: Route 3
Moveset: Strength, Wild Charge, Poison Jab, Roost

Pokémon #5
Pokémon: Azurill/Marill/Azumarill
Ability: Huge Power
Found at: Route 3
Moveset: Belly Drum, Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Play Rough

Pokémon #6
Pokémon: Mienfoo/Mienshao
Ability: Regenerator
Found at: Route 8
Moveset: U-Turn, Hi-Jump Kick, Rock Slide, Brick Break

What do you guys think? As of now the thing stopping me from continuing my journey past the santalune forest with my level 10 fennekin is finding someone to toss me an Azurill EGG with huge power and belly drum and aqua jet! I want an egg so it wont level any faster than my other pokemon and so that I am the original trainer :)

Let me know what you all think and if you can help me then PM me please as I would really love to get that egg :) if you dont know how to find out if the azurill inside the egg is huge power and has belly drum and aqua jet just save the game before it hatches then hatch it and check it, if it has the right stuff then restart your game and toss me that egg that had it, if it sont get rid of it and rinse and repeat :)

Thanks so much in advance for any info, tips and help you all might give!

Nidoqueen performs better physically, so Surf is definitely not a good move for it; instead, I'd recommend you should go with either Aerial Ace, Sucker Punch, Dragon Tail, or Shadow Claw. If I were you, I would choose mostly between former two, since they have higher priority and whatnot. :] Everything else looks just about right, haha.

For your Driflblim I would recommend Will-O-Wisp or Charge Beam > Return for your 3rd slot. Reason being is that if you, for whatever reason, decide to face off against a Poison or a Steel type then you'll be stuck with Hex at 65BP. WoW fixes that issue and allows you to status every pokemon apart from Heatran (hah) so you can abuse a now 140BP Hex. Charge Beam acts as a set up move and a booster for hex too, if you're into that.

Brick Break is quite redundant on Mienshao I've found. HJK mutilates anything you would Brick Break anyway, and the negative setback is taken care of by U-turn + Regenerator. Poison Jab would give you something to use against annoying fairymons you may encounter such as Diantha's M-Gardevoir while Drain Punch has the same BP as Brick Break, but gives you your HP back. It's a safer option than HJK and works with Mienshao's playstyle.

I actually think that Surf is fine on Nidoqueen; its coverage is good enough to be used often and it saves you from needing a Surf Slave come victory road. It's Cut I'm doubting: It's weak and even as a HM move, you won't be using it that often in the overworld compared to...every other HM move. Personally I would get rid of it for one of the moves that Peitharchia suggested above though I have a slight bias towards Shadow Claw. Everything else looks on point, good luck!
