Your team is unique in the way that it doesn't have a Mega Evolution, where it is so commonly used in this generation. I like that :)
-Anyway, Froslass looks fine, but it might not be able to stick around long as a lead, due to its very average stats. The Speed would help in setting up Spikes, which is helpful. With Destiny Bond, you have to be good at anticipating a KO. Great lead.
-Looking at Arcanine, you might want to consider a better item. Having two moves with recoil and putting the Life Orb on top of that may be dangerous to run. You could try Leftovers instead, perhaps?
-Eelektross is great in having no weaknesses. However, its low base Speed is something to worry about. That being said, dealing damage must be a big priority. Wise Glasses may be a viable alternative to the Expert Belt because it boosts damage even when the moves aren't super effective. However, the Expert Belt is still a great choice because of the types of its moveset.
-Roserade is a little weak on the defensive side, leaving it vulnerable to one of the most commonly used Pokemon of the metagame, Talonflame. Choice Specs also leave it vulnerable since it only allows the use of the first move you selected. A viable alternative (and this is only a suggestion) could be Amoonguss, which is not commonly used.
Amoonguss @ Black Sludge (Regenerative Tank)
Nature: Bold or Calm
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Defense, 252 Sp. Def., 4 HP
-Giga Drain
-Sludge Bomb
-Spore
-Synthesis
This moveset makes Amoonguss a force to be reckoned with. With the hidden ability Regenerator, it heals a little HP when it is withdrawn from battle. The set makes sure that Amoonguss can withstand damage while putting the foe to sleep with a 100% accuracy Spore and hitting with Sludge Bomb to poison or Giga Drain to steal health. Synthesis is a backup for tough situations, and the Black Sludge item works just like leftovers, only if the opponent tries to steal it and their Pokemon isn't a Poison-type, they'll wind up taking damage instead.
-You have an interesting set with Togekiss making it a Special Wall, but I would disagree with Nasty Plot if you're only going to run one Special Attack on it. Instead, why don't you try putting the Fairy-type move Moonblast over Thunder Wave? That would diversify your type advantages.
-Lastly, Rhyperior has a lot of type disadvantages, which is disheartening, even with the Solid Rock Ability. If you choose to run Rhyperior regardless, I would suggest putting a Weakness Policy on it to give it a benefit when hit with huge moves like that, and when its HP runs low, you could take advantage of using Wish on Togekiss to switch it back in. But there is an alternative, if you would like to use a Mega Evolution on your team, and that would be Mega Aggron, who has a variant of Solid Rock called Filter, which does the exact same thing:
Mega Aggron @ Aggronite (Heavy Physical Wall)
Nature: Calm
Ability: Doesn't matter since you're Mega Evolving it.
EVs: 252 Defense/252 Attack/4 Sp. Def.
-Iron Head
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Fire Punch/Ice Punch
-Dragon Tail/Fire Punch/Ice Punch/
Mega Aggron has a huge 230 Base Defense, and a great 140 for Base Attack. It's a great physical player, but still a little bit on the weaker side to Specials. It has a nice movepool overall, but you want to stick to the physical side to effectively use Mega Aggron. Its pure Steel typing enables it to have a lot of resists, and with Filter, it even resists super effective moves. In other words, it's a better alternative to Rhyperior by far.
Well, that's my speculation on the team. Hope this helped in some sort of way :D
I think I may switch to Aggron because might as well follow the mega mainstream :P. I am gonna go with Careful instead of calm though, it would be better to not to lose attack.
