So horrible...and yet I love every minute of it.

Have you guys watched anything in media - whether it be TV, a movie, or music, what have you - and found it to be what they call "so bad it's good"? Where, despite the fact that what you're seeing makes no sense and is just terrible, you can't help but love it?

I don't remember the last time I saw something like that, but I know some people do, so i'm wondering if any of you guys have. I myself tend to think this usually happens when you're going into stuff not exactly taking it seriously. But I tend to feel this way about "viral" tracks like Friday, #SELFIE and the like.

How about you guys? Have you seen anything that you can give this cheesy claim of? Discuss.

I have too many of these maybe I just have terrible taste but I don't want to admit it

I remember watching an entire season of the show "Paris Hilton's New BFF" (yes, there was more than one season - her first best friend-ship chosen through a TV show didn't work out, imagine that). Similarly, I also watched the first season of Tila Tequila's A Shot At Love. Of course in both cases I didn't believe any of the relationships were real, but I found them entertaining. Maybe it was just all the horrible things the contestants had to do to prove they 'loved' Paris/Tila enough. Seriously, the challenges made no sense whatsoever - why, under any circumstances, would the boyfriend/girlfriend of Tila Tequila have to eat a bull's penis?

But yeah, those were some of my 'guilty pleasures', I suppose.

Really the one that comes to mind is Napoleon Dynamite. The humour is so stupid, but it's a classic. The same I've found applies to Spongebob. The older I get, the funnier the small stupid things get. Storage Wars and Pawn Stars are kinda interesting too. I don't love them, but the people can be pretty weird, and it's just an interesting waste of time for me.

I run into shows like this every once in a while, but let them all grow onto me. :] Some are simply unwatchable, though, so I just skip those and tolerate all the rest, haha. One of them would be Tyler Perry's House of Payne; I never thought I'd actually like it, but then I eventually decided to give it a go one day and wound up loving it. Might not seem very exciting, but it's stuffed with tons of comedy. If you sit down and take some time to watch, you'll definitely appreciate it. Same can't be said for music, though; I generally don't dislike any songs, but when I do, I'd try staying away from it as much as I possibly can.
