That's pretty much right on the money for everything I'm using other than I'm using a paraswagger klefki and I was trying out bulldoze on azumarill instead of waterfall.
While Bulldoze does slow down the opponent, its weak base power makes it not worth using. Waterfall or Superpower are the superior options. The former is a stronger Water STAB, while Superpower lets Azumarill hit Ferrothorn.

pokemondb .net/tools/type-coverage

Water, Fairy, and ground lets me hit every pokemon in the game for at least neutral, that's why I was leaning towards Bulldoze.
FYI, Bulldoze still hits Mega Venusaur for less damage than resisted STAB Play Rough does; also, it does as much as a resisted Superpower. This is sad, considering that it walls Azumarill entirely:
-unSTABed neutral Bulldoze: 60 BP
-resisted STAB Play Rough: 90 x 1.5 = 135; 135/2 = 67.5 BP
-resisted unSTABed Superpower: 120/2 = 60 BP

Well you're right there, just superpower only helps me with ferrothorn and empoleon pretty much. Maybe Body Slam? That covers everything other than ferrothorn and empoleon.
1. Water/Fairy have good neutral coverage together apart from Venusaur, Amoonguss, etc.
2. Superpower lets Azumarill take care of Ferrothorn and Empoleon as you said.
3. Using Body Slam over either one takes away coverage.

1. I agree that's why I'd keep aqua jet.
2. Agree.
3. Using Body slam would cover mega venusaur, tentacruel, roserade, amoonguss, vileplume, and victreeble where Superpower would cover just empoleon and ferrothorn. I'd have to run some calcs to make sure aqua jet would be sufficient to take out the pesky steel types to make sure it'd be okay not running waterfall.

Why would you even keep Azumarill in on those Pokemon you mentioned? They can tear Azumarill apart with their Poison (and Grass) STABs. FYI, Vileplume and Tentacruel are irrelevant and outclassed in OU play.

Superpower is still the better option for hitting Steels hard on the switch, then KOing them after.
