So i have been using this team for a while did well in the lower ladder tbh got 20-0 but after that bam 31-12, i was hoping you guys could help me. dittos trouble me a lot esp after scizor gets taken out :( so yeah suggestion for that will be helpful.

Kangaskhan (F) @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Fake Out
- Sucker Punch
- return
- Earthquake

helps beating sash deo-atk (ohko with fake out). beats mmy (no not switch in). sets up and great synergy with arc-ghost. great mega blaze bait, you know predict its hjk and switch into arc, switch anyway tbh.

Arceus-Ghost @ Spooky Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- will-o-wisp
- Judgment
- stealth rocks
- Recover

as stated before, works well with kanga and helps beat extreme killers.

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psyshock

i dont have to say anything about this, probably the most used set rn.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
- Pursuit
i chose scizor over aegislash because it beats opposing dittos with bp (esp if it has turned into xern+2) if i have done atleast 6-7% damage to xern i can ohko it with priority. it helps a lot. but still a suggestion which is not aegi or metagross (gah) that can handle +2 xern would be helpful.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 232 Def / 24 Spd
Bold Nature
- Defog
- Roost
- Whirlwind
- Spikes

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Water Spout
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Surf

again no description needed.

I'd use a Jolly nature on Mega Kangaskhan, since 100 Speed is pretty decent. (252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe is the spread if you choose that route). Lack of strong STAB hurts on Mega Kangaskhan too:
-Fake Out
-Return
-Sucker Punch
-Earthquake/Crunch
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy

The EV spread for Geomancy Xerneas should be 108 HP/28 Def/252 SAtk/120 Spe. This spread gives Genesect a Special Attack boost (which Xerneas can sponge with +2 Special Defense) and still lets Xerneas outspeed Mewtwo at +1 Speed (in the unlikely event that it gets Sticky Webbed before Geomancy). I'd also squeeze in Substitute somewhere on Xerneas so that Ditto's Imposter doesn't activate should it come in to try to RK Xerneas.

Problem with this team is you lack SR and a few of your mons are Spikes set up bait.

Id probably replace Mewtwo for Skarm with Defog/Spikes/ww/Roost and put SR on Arceus over Focus Blast.

Skarm covers Extreme Killer so you dont need Focus Blast on Arceus who in turn blocks Spin. Skarm also protects you to some extent from being Spikes bait as said.

Spikes also help Kyogre because its weak by wearing down checks likewise with Xerneas and kang.

skarm sucks in ubers
Skarmory is viable in Ubers. It has the ability to shut down Defoggers and other hazard setters switching in with Taunt. It also has a decent array of resistances to take advantage of; it checks ExtremeKiller Arceus thanks to that.

Hello! This is a solid team, but I do have some suggestions for improvement.

Kangaskhan: Run either max speed Jolly or 176 speed Adamant if you want to keep the Adamant nature and some bulk & still be able to outrun max speed neutral natured base 90's, such as Specs Kyogre. I'd just run Jolly for opposing Kanga. Moveset looks good.

Arceus-Ghost: Make sure this can outrun Palkia; it is very important that bulky support Arceus be able to outrun this Pokemon! You need 212 speed to do this, which you can take out of special defense while retaining your nature. I'd also run SR on Arceus only as a last resort but it's up to you.

Xerneas: Run 64 speed so you can outrun scarf Genesect after a Geomancy. In general I dislike investing in physical defense on this thing so it can set up easier on special attackers. I also dislike Psyshock a lot, it hits little besides the rare Assault Vest Amoonguss and Poison Arceus (and Ho-Oh IF sr is up), so Thunder or Substitute can be used in its place.

Scizor: I prefer the Mega version but Band can work nicely. EV spread and moveset for this is fine.

Skarmory: Run Rocky Helmet over Leftovers so you can deal damage to EKiller, and use Toxic somewhere to cripple Defog users and common switchins like Kyogre. Do you really need the spikes :p.

Kyogre: Modest please, a Timid nature helps with Deo_A and opposing Kyogre but you lose to most other base 90 scarfers regardless of nature and the extra power can be clutch.

Your team's biggest weakness is to opposing Kyogre. To fix this, I'd run Will-O-Wisp Grass Arceus, which can still outrun and cripple Mega Kangaskhan. Your team would become a little weaker to Silk Scarf EKiller, but the Kyogre check is more than worth it, trust me. You are also somewhat weak to CM Arceus Ghost, though you can pressure it and hopefully revenge with Kyogre. You can try a specially defensive Mega Scizor with Toxic to help vs CM Arceus lacking Refresh, but Pursuit band Scizor is nice on your team for Mega Gengar trapping (especially since Grassy will be Gengar weak). Good luck!

Note: Use Lando-T over Skarm if you run Grass Arceus since Blaziken would become frightening. You could then give rocks to Lando and Defog to Grassceus.
