is Chick Fil A better than KFC? Because I do love me some KFC.
It's fried chicken so the breading and way it's fried is different. Plus Chik-Fil-A isn't bone-in chicken, it's like fried patties on burgers.

Plus they hate gay people so you eating there would really piss them off!

Chik Fil A sauce makes it better than KFC imo. When you go ask the cashier for it. I've found you either love it or hate it, and I love it.

They have Chick Fil A's in Texas? :o

Now that I think about it i've heard that they've been spreading.... I remember back in the day they were only here in Georgia. They're still around every street corner here

Anything is better than KFC.

And also Chick fil a doesn't hate gays, the religion of the owners looks down upon gays, but they won't turn you away or refuse you of a job or food if you are. Because that would get them sued.

Chik Fil A has really delicious shakes, iced tea, and fries, in my opinion! It's one of my favorite fast food joints to eat at; I'm lucky there's one right across my college's campus. I also like that they close on Sundays, which stays true to the Christian way (since that's what the chain generally follows).

an article thats kinda about that from a different point of view. While I don't agree with Dan's views of being against homosexual marriage I find it nice that he can still accept a gay person as just another fellow human being.

That article kind of makes me laugh. I'm a bleeding heart liberal and I went to a Catholic college, with plenty of Catholic friends that are my friends even though they know we disagree strongly on things like abortion and birth control. Where are our articles????

That being said, the funding has stopped so I don't find anything morally wrong with eating there anymore really.

Just go eat, um… anywhere else? Any good psychopathic corporation knows better than to divide its customers. I mean, it's just basic business logic.

I had hot dogs for lunch/dinner today. Well, technically sausages, but I put them in a hot dog bun so basically hot dogs.

Now I'm out of hot dogs and have two more buns... :(
That reminded me of this:

MMMM hot dogs. There's this good joint that has somewhat good sausages, but they have this amazing sweet and spicy onion sauce that goes great with mayo, topped with fries. For 2 bucks its a godsend.

My mother first started putting mayo on franks when she went to Korea. I was so glad she shared it with me, hot dogs are so bland without it now ; ;

Indeed. And even when I go to the cheap hot dog places with the boiled 70 eurocent dogs, the blue dragon sweet chili and mayo dogs are aaaaaamaaaazing.

These numbers of yours makes me hate US inflation more and more. A "cheap" hot dog out (i.e. not one you cook yourself) would be anywhere from $1.50 if you're lucky to over $3. >__>

Yeah but imagine that the hot dog is about as thick as a crayola marker(well a bit thinner), and its only like 8 inches.
Yup. Another thing besides that is that quality control with food in the US is a fantasy. It makes me surprised that the phrase "may the buyer beware" was originally coined in Latin. o_O

This is one of the less common pieces of material from George Carlin. More not be said from that, from me at least.

Man I used to buy them for a quarter in college. That was an exception though.

$1.50 isn't expensive at all for a hot dog, if you ask me. I'd say about $2.50 is fine for a hot dog, but I guess it also depends on the quality of it as well. I have seen vendors sell hot dogs for up to $5, and that's what I think is too expensive.

$1.50 is expensive? that's like quarter of an hour's minimum wage or something :P
It'd be fine in a European or Australian economy. Statistically you folks pay less in taxes for things we pay more for privately and get better quality out of it, no? I'd also be very inclined to think a frankfurter elsewhere would be of a caliber not deemed obscene as they are made here; we're paying twice as much for half of what we're expecting.
