This team is OU from the looks of things. Is this a Showdown! team or an in-game team?

Wash Rotom > Mow Rotom because of its ability to check/counter Talonflame:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Rest
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

or
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Thunderbolt
-Trick
Nature: Modest/Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Blaziken is banned to Ubers. Infernape is an alternative:
-Fire Blast/Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Thunder Punch
-Mach Punch/Grass Knot/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 168 Atk/88 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
Ability: Iron Fist

If this is a Battle Spot team, Brave Bird doesn't really give Blaziken notable coverage:
-Flare Blitz
-High Jump Kick
-Swords Dance/Protect
-Knock Off/Shadow Claw/Protect
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost

Like Blaziken, Mega Kangaskhan is banned to Ubers as well. In its place, you'll need a Defogger/hazard setter like Skarmory or Mandibuzz, given this team's relatively offensive nature:

Skarmory:
-Whirlwind
-Roost
-Stealth Rock/Spikes/Brave Bird
-Defog/Brave Bird
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef or 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Sturdy

Mandibuzz:
-Foul Play
-Taunt/Whirlwind
-Defog/Toxic/Knock Off
-Roost
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/108 SDef/16 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat

Scald is relatively useless on offensive Pokemon like Greninja; Scald is best used on defensive Pokemon so that they can tank hits while attempting to go for the burn. A Timid nature is also better for Greninja because with Modest, it risks getting outsped by things like Alakazam (which Greninja naturally outspeeds):
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-Extrasensory
-Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Grass/Fire)/Grass Knot/Spikes
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash
Ability: Protean

Talonflame needs max Speed; with its current spread, it can only outspeed base 80 Pokemon if it doesn't use Brave Bird:
-Swords Dance
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Sharp Beak/Sky Plate
Ability: Gale Wings

or
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-U-turn
-Roost/Tailwind
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Sharp Beak/Sky Plate/Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings

or
-Bulk Up
-Brave Bird
-Roost
-Taunt/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Gale Wings

Quick Claw is a luck/hax item and that's frowned down upon. Aegislash has Shadow Sneak to compensate for its low Speed. Aegislash also has one of the most spammable moves in the game (Ghost) and you're not even taking advantage of that. Physical sets tend to get crippled by burn, though they're still somewhat viable; Aegislash also works best as a mixed or specially-based attacker, considering its offenses are equal in Blade forme, and that it won't get crippled entirely by burn:
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak/Sacred Sword
-Iron Head/Sacred Sword/Pursuit
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers

or
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Shadow Ball
-King's Shield
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Flash Cannon/Sacred Sword
-Pursuit/Sacred Sword
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Claw/Iron Head
-Shadow Sneak
-Head Smash/Sacred Sword
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Thanks for the reply, appreciate the advice.

Its for battle spot. Without Mow rotom who would you think is the best counter for water types like wash rotom and azumaril?
Lots of changes to make now :L
Ferrothorn pretty much counters nearly every Water Pokemon known:
-Stealth Rock/Spikes
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
-Power Whip/Protect
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs

Thanks again. :)

Ferrothorn seem like a great option. I've had problems beating it when the teams switched out azumaril countering my fire types with aqua jet.

Which do you think would be the most balanced six for singles out the pokemon i have so far:

Blaziken
greninja
ferrothorn
wash rotom
azumaril
aeglislash
talonflame
kangaskhan
charizard-x
metagross
garchomp
gligar
infernape
venusaur or others that are better.
