EVs/natures would be appreciated here.

Charizard should be Timid or Modest with 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe.

Having Solar Beam as a sole offensive move is rather bad for Venusaur, since it's currently walled by Steels. It's trying to accomplish too much, tbh:
-Solar Beam/Energy Ball/Giga Drain
-Sludge Bomb
-Hidden Power (Fire)/Earthquake
-Sleep Powder/Synthesis/Sunny Day/Growth
Nature: Modest/Rash
EVs: 28 HP/252 SAtk/228 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll

Heatran has more coverage options than just Magma Storm and Fire Blast:
-Lava Plume
-Protect
-Taunt/Roar/Stealth Rock
-Toxic/Will-o-Wisp
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/220 SDef/40 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Lava Plume/Fire Blast/Flamethrower
-Protect/Earth Power
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/12 SDef/244 Spe
Item: Leftovers

or
-Overheat/Fire Blast
-Flash Cannon
-Stone Edge/Earth Power
-Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Hidden Power (Ice)
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Florges is outclassed by Sylveon and Clefable, who have more useful abilities while still providing the same support Florges does. Not even Solar Beam can save Florges from this predicament:

Sylveon:
-Wish
-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell/Calm Mind
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate

Clefable:
-Calm Mind/Stealth Rock
-Moonblast
-Stored Power/Flamethrower
-Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard/Unaware

or
-Wish
-Protect
-Moonblast
-Heal Bell/Aromatherapy/Thunder Wave
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Unaware

or
-Moonblast
-Fire Blast
-Thunder Wave
-Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard

Excadrill is the Rapid Spinner to turn to this generation because of its sheer offensive presence, which Tentacruel lacks:
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rapid Spin
-Rock Slide/Stealth Rock
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker

or
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Choice Scarf) or 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Assault Vest; Adamant only)
Item: Choice Scarf/Assault Vest
Ability: Mold Breaker

Edit: for the last slot, you could use Speed Deoxys as a lead sun inducer:
-Sunny Day
-Taunt
-Stealth Rock
-Fire Punch/Superpower/Knock Off/Psycho Boost
Nature: Jolly/Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Heat Rock/Focus Sash
