Will-o-Wisp isn't that useful on offensive Talonflame, IMO. Tailwind is a better option to let it support the team as a last-ditch move before going down.

Excadrill is the go-to Rapid Spinner because of its great offensive presence. It also works well with Hippowdon's Sand Stream:
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush

If the added Water weakness bugs you, Starmie is a fine alternative:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt/Psyshock
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure/Analytic

The Protect move slot for Hippowdon is better spent on something else, like Stealth Rock for hazard support:
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Slack Off
-Stone Edge/Whirlwind/Toxic
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/136 SDef
Item: Leftovers

King's Shield + 3 attacks Aegislash is better off mixed so that it's not entirely walled by special walls:
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak/Iron Head
-Sacred Sword/Iron Head/Pursuit
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers

Any Other Pokemon For Countering Mega Venusaur
Aegislash already does a decent job of checking/countering Mega Venusaur, while Talonflame rips through it with Brave Bird.
