Mega Heracross has to be Adamant so that it hits as hard as possible. It's wall breaker first, sweeper second. Arm Thrust, despite benefiting from Skill Link, isn't worth bothering because a 5-hit Arm Thrust is still weaker than Close Combat and triggers Ferrothorn's Iron Barbs 5 times in a row:
-Pin Missile
-Close Combat
-Rock Blast
-Earthquake/Swords Dance
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 40 HP/252 Atk/216 Spe
Item: Heracronite
Ability: Guts/Moxie

Scolipede is utter Taunt bait. Remember that Baton Pass got nerfed in Showdown/Smogon. If you don't want the Flying weakness to bother you, try out Gorebyss:
-Shell Smash
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Ice Beam/Substitute
-Baton Pass
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/20 SDef/236 Spe
Item: White Herb

Conkeldurr is way too slow to utilize a Jolly nature. What's the deal with your EV spread, if you don't mind my asking?:
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Knock Off
-Ice Punch/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 HP/236 SDef/20 Spe
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Guts

or
-Bulk Up
-Drain Punch
-Mach Punch
-Ice Punch/Knock Off/Stone Edge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/236 SDef/20 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Guts

Jirachi is terrible now that it gained weaknesses to Dark and Ghost. Aegislash has the same weaknesses, but it has greater bulk and power to compensate:
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak/Sacred Sword
-Iron Head/Sacred Sword/Pursuit
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag/Air Balloon

or
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Shadow Ball
-King's Shield
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Flash Cannon/Sacred Sword
-Pursuit/Sacred Sword
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Shadow Claw/Iron Head
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Specially defensive Gliscor is terrible because it still folds to strong Water and Ice moves (Hydro Pump and Ice Beam, mainly). A physically defensive spread is still preferred: Impish with 244 HP/100 Def/160 Spe.

thanks for the reply. i did my eve spread like that to try and get a little speed while still keeping conks defense pretty high. im definitely going to try out your suggestions and see if that helps me out. i noticed you didnt mention my azumarill, was it okay the way it is.
The minimum amount of Speed EVs Azumarill needs to run is 28 to outspeed minimum Speed Tyranitar. 92 Speed EVs outrun 0 Speed neutral Tyranitar and Aegislash. 124 Speed outruns Choice Band Scizor. Also, consider Choice Band for the bigger power boost behind all of Azumarill's moves, but Mystic Water/Splash Plate/Wave Incense is cool if you don't want Azumarill to be locked into a single move while it's in battle.

Oh, a baton pass team, huh? From my experience, a semi-Baton Pass team will most likely never work well, and if you opt for a fully-dedicated Baton pass team (Scolipede, Smeargle, Vaporeon, Espeon, i think(?) with a sweeper or two), you are bound to win dominantly or lose pitifully.

At a glance, more than half of your team is ripped to shreds by Talonflame or Zard-Y. You also lack a defogger which is basically a must for every team. If you're gonna drop the baton pass route, i suggest you replace Scolipede with a Bulky Water like Rotom-W or replace Gliscor(kinda out of place in your team IMO) with a defogger like Mandibuzz or Latios.

If you're gonna continue using Azumarill, you're better off using a CB set (Aqua Jet, Superpower, Play Rough, Waterfall) or a Belly Drummer (BD, Aqua Jet, Play Rough, Waterfall/Superpower) with a Sitrus Berry. Hope that helps!

1. Baton pass has been nerfed a while back, which basically means you won't be able to have the move baton pass on more than 3 pokemons, it's a complex ban.
2. Teams weak to things like mega pinsir or talonflame is better off using zapdos as a defogger.

On the other hand
Remove roost from gliscor and give it knock off. Since the current set is completely walled by balloon exca or skarmory.
Please try and press enter after writing each pokemon, the current format makes it a pain to read .-.

1. Hmm didnt notice since it has been at least more than a month since I last battled. Thx for the heads up.
2. Since I suggested Rotom-W in the same sentence I opted not to mention zapdos (having 2 electric types is sorta a waste of slots)
