Scizor must always use Technician as its ability, as it powers up its main move, Bullet Punch:
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Knock Off/X-Scissor/Bug Bite
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/44 Atk/116 Def/100 SDef
Item: Scizorite/Leftovers
Ability: Technician

or
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-U-turn/Bug Bite/X-Scissor/Superpower/Brick Break
-Knock Off/Pursuit
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Scizorite/Life Orb
Ability: Technician

or
-U-turn
-Bullet Punch
-Superpower/Brick Break
-Pursuit/Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Technician

Latios has better coverage options than Ice Beam and Shadow Ball. Luster Purge is inferior to Psychic and Psyshock, which pack more power:
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Fighting)/Earthquake
-Defog/Roost/Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Surf/Hidden Power (Fire)
-Trick/Hidden Power (Fire)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Fire Blast or Fiery Dance > Flamethrower on Volcarona. The former has more power, while the latter has a 50/50 chance of increasing Special Attack further:
-Quiver Dance
-Bug Buzz
-Fire Blast/Fiery Dance
-Giga Drain/Psychic/Roost
Nature: Modest
EVs: 136 HP/252 SAtk/120 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Flame Body

See my post in the Simple Questions thread for that Mega Kangaskhan set.

Sylveon without Pixilate is inferior because Hyper Voice gives it the offensive power it needs, even without Special Attack investment. You need Poke Bank for this, though:
-Wish
-Protect
-Hyper Voice
-Heal Bell/Calm Mind
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate

or
-Hyper Voice
-Shadow Ball
-Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Fire/Ground)/Baton Pass
Nature: Timid
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Pixilate
