1. Dragonite needs Extreme Speed as a strong priority move that bypasses Talonflame's Brave Bird and opponents that have Sucker Punch. Lum Berry is also the preferred item to cure unwanted burns/paralysis, as well as post-Outrage confusion (once). Thunder Punch won't do you any favors unless you're deathly afraid of Azumarill and Gyarados (latter is hit hard by Outrage anyways):
-Dragon Dance
-Outrage/Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Extreme Speed
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale

2. Bulky Swords Dance Scizor shouldn't use Life Orb, since it eats away at its bulk. Scizorite is the preferred item for the bulk and power increase, though Leftovers can still be used if your Mega slot is taken. Bug Bite is a stronger Bug STAB for Scizor to use after the Technician boost, while Knock Off is preferred to cripple item-dependent opponents, though X-Scissor is still cool if you can't get either move from Poke Bank:
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Knock Off/Bug Bite/X-Scissor
-Roost
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 248 HP/44 Atk/100 Def/108 SDef
Item: Scizorite/Leftovers
Ability: Technician

3. Life Orb is also a no-no for Azumarill because it lacks recovery and relies on its bulk to take hits before retaliating. Return is solely used for Mega Venusaur (who walls all of Azumarill's other viable attacks), correct? Other than that, it doesn't see much use and Azumarill would rather have a reliable Water STAB in Waterfall:
-Waterfall
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Superpower
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 228 HP/252 Atk/28 Spe
Item: Choice Band/Splash Plate/Mystic Water
Ability: Huge Power

It can also act as a deadly setup sweeper with Belly Drum:
-Belly Drum
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Waterfall/Superpower
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power

Good points and I haven't run into priority users much and I mostly see bulky water types anf faeries and even two venasuars who leech seed protect giga drain, and I don't have pokebank yet so im stuck with certain moves and Most the battlers weren't great so that may be why and until then, I also switch aqua tail with waterfall on my Azumarill and Gyrados because with my luck I will miss especially since I got paralyzed two in a row with my scizor.
