Okay I did this team some days ago on Showdown and it's been doing pretty well! So I'm not into tiers or smogon or anything like that but this is a team supposedly made of Never Used pokemon, but I have won a lot of battles with this team on Over Used and some on Ubers, so please don't ask me to replace any poke, oh and please don't suggest me smogon sets, everybody knows those and I want this team to be different from others, thanks! :)

You're better off keeping this team in NU, rather than OU and Ubers because there are Pokemon in these tiers that outclass all the team members you have.

Cryogonal is best played as a Rapid Spinner because of its shallow offensive move pool:
-Ice Beam/Freeze-Dry
-Rapid Spin
-Haze/Reflect/Toxic
-Recover
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers

While Sceptile's special move pool is smaller than its physical one, specially-based sets are the way to go because of Sceptile's higher Special Attack:
-Giga Drain
-Leaf Storm/Substitute
-Focus Blast
-Hidden Power (Fire/Ice/Rock)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Overgrow

Regirock is still crippled by burn and poison; both eat away at Regirock's bulk and the former even weakens Regirock's Attack. Facade isn't worth using either; status abusers like Zangoose, Swellow, Ursaring and Luxray are better at abusing Toxic/Flame Orb due to their abilities in Toxic Boost and Guts, respectively:
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Drain Punch
-Explosion
Nature: Adamant/Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
Item: Assault Vest

or
-Stealth Rock
-Rock Slide
-Thunder Wave/Toxic
-Earthquake/Protect
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers

Magmortar is better off mixed, given its wide move pool:
-Fire Blast
-Thunderbolt
-Earthquake/Cross Chop
-Hidden Power (Ice/Grass)
Nature: Rash/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Vital Spirit

I'll have those in mind, but I don't want to change that much the roles that each poke has in the team, here I'll leave some videos (If it's allowed) for everyone to see how has the team been doing:
