Hey, I was wondering if I could take possession of the Kingdom Hearts challenge thread. The owner, Zorogami, has not been on since April and I would be sad to see that challenge be closed because the owner's absence.
I'm really getting to this point where my brain is interpreting what a challenge is in a different way, and it's really getting me interested in just what kind of stuff might be possible that we have never even thought over before! When you start thinking about a Challenge not as this thing that is specific to Pokemon, but rather a set of games, it really starts to spark your imagination. I'm going to follow up on this concept in the future, so keep an eye out for something different in the Challenges Forum.
In other news, we're less than a month from The Carnival of Horrors! Most people will likely not be doing everything, but y'all should at least be thinking about having at least one game set aside. It might be advised to have one completed game, and one fresh game. There's going to be a lot to do. :3

Heh, slow down! You've already opened a Pandora's Box with the concept of a post-game challenge. That alone is a completely different way to define what a challenge is.
Seriously, though, I'm excited to see what you come up with.

It's less about what I will come up with, and more about what we come up with. You'll see what I mean when the time comes. ;)
Remember that WoW challenge I proposed back in June anyone? I'm actually hoping to revitalize that idea, now that I have some time on my hands. So maybe expect that within the next week or two? Then again, something might come up, so it's indefinite at the moment.
I bet a lot of people forgot what the challenge was supposed to be about, and I'd like critique from people, so I'm just going to put what I have now in a spoiler, and hope people read it and comment on it :3
Spoiler:
The World of Warcraft Challenge!
World of Warcraft is the world’s most popular MMORPG. It is currently in the Mists of Pandaria expansion and features thirteen races and eleven classes. Along with these classes, each class has three to four specializations. Considering I, as well as many other people in the forums, play this game on a regular basis, I figured that it would be best to make a challenge based off of it. This challenge involves taking regular Pokemon and specializing them to their limits. You have six Pokemon, each with their individual races, classes, and specializations.
Races!
Spoiler:
I received all of my descriptions and races from us.battle.net.

I am accepting applications for ownership of the Random Pokemon Challenge. Mind you, the thread is about 312 posts behind at the moment because I have been too busy and isolated to keep it updated. So if someone is willing to do the work, it's theirs.

I'm up to doing the work. I started school already, but I really need something to do in between studying and classes (aside from just doing challenges). It would also finally push me to do a random Pokémon challenge, because I've been postponing signing up for a long time. Plus I'm also kinda socially awkward and all my time aside from studying I spend on my computer so keeping it up to date should be no problem. (Sorry if you rather had me send you a PM).

I'd be willing to own it as well, but I don't necessarily need it, with all the work I've got. But if something happens to Buzz Buzz [>:)] send me a PM.
Necrum basically covered it but in addition, crystal tier supporters can get one additional name change per year at any time they desire. Not too many of the username changes have been that hard for me to catch onto, though.
Congratulations to the Challenges forum for becoming part of Current Generation Pokemon Gaming! It's now among other activity based forums like Trade Corner, instead of surrounded by discussion forums.
