Hey there, I'm making a ghost-type team and need some help with EVs and natures.

My final team is going to be;:
Gengar
Rotom
Banette
Shedinja
Chandelure
Aegislash

The Gengar cannot be changed as it's my shiny Gengar from Diamond and Pearl, but I would appreciate assistance with the others. I'd like to know what EVs to train in and the natures.

Thanks,
Red

I have nothing to say about Gengar except for these sets:
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Bomb
-Focus Blast/Thunderbolt
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

or
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Will-o-Wisp
-Disable/Taunt/Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave/Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Black Sludge

Regular Rotom won't cut it anymore because it's not that strong and fast compared to other Electrics. All the Rotom appliances become the type of the move they learn upon possessing a machine; for example, Wash Rotom becomes Electric/Water thanks to it learning Hydro Pump.

Banette gained a lot of usefulness thanks to its Mega Evolution:
-Knock Off
-Taunt
-Protect/Will-o-Wisp
-Destiny Bond
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 124 HP/252 Atk/132 Spe
Item: Banettite
Ability: Frisk

Shedinja needs a ton of support to work effectively, given that it faints to super effective hits. It needs hazards off the field, which can KO it upon switching in. I'd say that Sableye is a reliable choice because of Prankster:
-Taunt
-Will-o-Wisp
-Recover
-Foul Play/Knock Off
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Prankster

Try out this stall breaking Chandelure:
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Fire Blast/Will-o-Wisp
-Taunt
Nature: Modest
EVs: 160 HP/156 SAtk/192 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Infiltrator/Flash Fire

Aegislash is versatile and it can run a multitude of sets:
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak/Sacred Sword
-Iron Head/Sacred Sword/Pursuit
-King's Shield
Nature: Quiet
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers/Spooky Plate/Spell Tag/Air Balloon

or
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Shadow Ball
-King's Shield
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/12 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Leftovers

or
-Shadow Ball
-Shadow Sneak
-Flash Cannon/Pursuit
-Sacred Sword
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Swords Dance
-Shadow Sneak
-Shadow Claw/Iron Head
-Sacred Sword/Head Smash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

That's a good point, what about Gourgeist? Any idea what I should train that for?
Use the Small Gourgeist:
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Seed Bomb/Protect
Nature: Jolly/Timid
EVs: 252 HP/32 Def/224 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Frisk

Fantastic! Thank you!
One final one; Trevenant, what should I build him with?

Thanks!
Trevenant was viable in early X/Y, but the prevalence of Knock Off, Bisharp and Aegislash, as well as its lower overall bulk than Gourgeist, made it lose viability. But if you insist:
-Horn Leech/Wood Hammer
-Earthquake/Rock Slide
-Will-o-Wisp
-Rest
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Natural Cure/Harvest

or
-Horn Leech
-Shadow Claw/Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Protect
Nature: Careful
EVs: 248 HP/16 Def/244 SDef
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest

or
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Will-o-Wisp
-Phantom Force
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Harvest
