Are you planning on battling in Battle Spot with this team of yours?

Giga Impact is a terrible move on any Pokemon because of the recharge turn. A set like this will serve you better:

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 40 Atk / 252 SpA / 216 Spe
Mild Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Cross Chop
- Hidden Power Ice
- Flamethrower

This gives Electivire maximum coverage and helps it from getting walled easily. If Hidden Power Ice and Cross Chop are something you can't get, you could make do with Ice Punch and Brick Break.

IDK how to use Dedenne, but I know that Charge and Thunder aren't the best options for it. Thunder Wave and Thunderbolt are better for it.

Eelektross generally works better as a special attacker despite its Sp.Attack being lower than its Attack because of its better special movepool:

Eelektross @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
- Acid Spray
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Grass Knot

Galvantula's role is to be a Sticky Webber, since its one of the few to get it, and I'm sure your team will appreciate the Speed drop it inflicts on your opponent's Pokemon.

-Galvantula w/Focus Sash
Nature: Timid
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
Moves: Thunder, Bug Buzz, Sticky Web, Giga Drain/Energy Ball

The pokes that Moxie suggested are good additions for an Electric team. Rotom Wash is great because its not frail like most Electric types and packs Hydro Pump for demolishing Ground types. Thundurus is good because of its ability, Prankster, giving it priority Thunder Wave, Taunt, etc. Zapdos is good because of its surprising bulk and access to Defog, which'll keep Spikes and Stealth Rock away.

Zekrom is best Electric type, btw. Just sayin'.

Anyway, sets for each:

Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split/Rest

Thundurus @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Taunt
- Thunderbolt
- Grass Knot/Hidden Power Ice

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 68 SpA / 20 Spe
Bold Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
- Defog
- Heat Wave/Toxic/U-turn

-Zekrom w/Life Orb
Nature: Lonely/Naughty
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 104 HP, 152 Attack, 252 Sp.Attack
Moves: Dragon Claw, Bolt Strike, Draco Meteor, Focus Blast

or

-Zekrom w/Choice Band or Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Moves: Bolt Strike, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Volt Switch

Hope this helps.
