My very first fanfic, don't think it's too good...

-----------------------

Power -- Man's ultimate goal...

People have fought wars, turned against their loved ones, and destroyed the hopes, dreams, and lives of others ot obtain it.
Under its glow, Man turned into a soulless beast, stripped away from any feelings of remorse and empathy it may have had, the
upright creature obliterated all who stood between it and the irresistable lure of untold promise.

The people continued their mindless fracas, destroying each other, in the end feeling a diseased pride and glory, standing tall
over the bodies of those who weren't ment to die, contemplating their grotesque victory while another arose to backstab him,
claiming the power for himself, and sending the spiral of greed into one more loop.

And Man admired himself for that, keeping the memory of such atrocities alive in songs of bravery and victorious anthems.

Never knowing what true power is like...

There are creatures in this world whose powers transcend all that Man could ever aspire for, creatures whose roars bring forth
mountains, create oceans, reshape the faces of continents.
Powers that can undo Man himself as he gazes in speechless awe at the cataclysmic, omnipotent forces that these titans command
with so much ease.

The ancient beast slumbered buried under tons of burning rock, floating adrift in their flow, dreaming of times long past.
As disturbing memories sometimes raced through its mind, its fury sent echoes through the fiery stream all the way to the
surface, where they discharged through a series of eruptions and minor tremors.

It envisioned the large oceans and blue skies it had not seen since their creation.

"They could have all been mine to command..."
"I would have scorched them all and turn them into deserts!"
"My power was greater than his! Why was I able to expand my realm only so little?"
"I summoned the destructive powers of the Earth and the blazing heat of the Sun... Why is it that I struggled to push back his
waters with so much effort, while he buried my lands under the oceans with so much ease?"
"I could have destroyed him and claimed it all to myself! For eternity!"

Memories of the battle that raged and ravaged the Earth in that age raced through its mind.

The two great creatures clashed, fighting for supremacy over the planet in a confrontation that almost destroyed the world.
It remembered of the blue leviathan it sought to destroy for so long, before the cunning, two-legged creatures emerged in a
place where the land and the sea met and summoned an ancient creature of the skies that defeated them both, sending them into a
sleep they never awakened from since.

It wanted to destroy the humans. All of them.
But his powers were sealed -- no longer did the streams of energy that once coursed through its body fill the patterns engraved
on its body. It could hear the Earth's pulse, but was unable to command its forces.

"I can feel the humans' greed and their desperate, ever-growing thirst for power..."
"One day they shall seek the ancient secrets of the Earth, hoping to gain its powers..."
"They will seek for ways to awaken and command me, and when they do I will destroy them and the waters that sustain them!"

The creature's rage rippled through the fire ocean to the farthest reaches of the world, which replied in turn with a tremor of
subordonation to their king.

Not quite as good as the Raikou one, but I love the way you portrayed his rage, and it was interesting how you had him struggle against Kyogre so as to explain why Earth is mostly water. Again, I never would hjave thought that it was humans who caused Rayquaza to seal them, your originality is incredible, and I love how you give life, thought, emotion, to those that are nomally just thought of as ruthless over-powerful Legendary monsters.

Yes, I hate it myself.
When I keep hearing stories about how dragons were driven to extinction by people who just wanted to make a name for themselves, people who just saw them as huge, vicious creatures with claws and teeth.
I like pointing out at Man's arrogance, to remind him that he has not changed since those ancient times.

Overall its pretty good! I love the way how you talk about man being so evil and portraying Groundons rage well and explaining how it causes earthquakes
Could you be a bit more specific on the gramar issue?
Yes, the length is too short. :P
It was my first...
