I make a lot of competitive teams, but this one I am trying the hardest for. It's a pvp team for people in-game and not on showdown. Here are the pokemon:

Exeggutor w/ Lum Berry
Harvest
Modest
Moves: Psychic, Moonlight, Giga Drain, Leaf Storm
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 4 Sp.Atk

Trevenant w/ Sitrus Berry
Harvest
Impish
Leech Seed, Substitute, Will-O-Wisp, Horn Leech
252 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 4 Atk

Manectric w/ Manectite
Timid
Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Protect
EVs: 4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Speed

Gliscor w/ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
Careful
Taunt, Roost, Knock Off, Earthquake
EVs:252 HP, 252 Sp.Def, 4 Speed

Bisharp w/ Focus Sash
Defiant
Adamant
Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Iron Head, Protect
252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Speed

Talonflame w/ (Need a suggestion)
Gale Wings
Brave Bird, Flare Blitz, Tailwind, Protect
252 Atk, 252 HP, 4 Sp,Def

A lot of the sets I have are heavily based on what Smogon recommends, but for some pokemon I used a little different EV spread for defensive purposes. I really want to know if it would be good singles team, if these pokemon will do well together, and some ideas on how to use them correctly.

Rest is the preferred option on Lum Harvest Exeggutor, as Lum Berry not only cures the self-induced sleep of Rest, but also paralysis, poison, burn and freeze that Exeggutor may take:
-Giga Drain
-Psychic
-Sleep Powder
-Rest
Nature: Modest
EVs: 248 HP/152 SAtk/108 Spe
Item: Lum Berry
Ability: Harvest

An Impish nature is pointless when Trevenant is invested in Special Defense. Either use 252 HP/180 Def/76 Spe with Impish to to outspeed base 65 Speed Pokemon and have more physical bulk or keep Careful and use 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef so that things match up.

Hidden Power (Ice) is the preferred option on the fourth slot on Mega Manectric, so it can deal with Gliscor and Therian Landorus without resorting to Overheat.

252 HP/184 SDef/72 Spe lets Gliscor outspeed Jolly Tyranitar.

I don't get the random use of Protect on Bisharp, tbh. While it's true that Bisharp is weak to common types, I don't think Focus Sash is the right item for it, as its Defense is rather decent. Black Glasses, Dread Plate (to power up Bisharp's Dark moves) or Life Orb (to power up all of Bisharp's moves) are the superior items for it. Since you didn't breed for Pursuit on Bisharp, Swords Dance is preferred on Bisharp to amp up its power further.

You might as well use max Speed on Talonflame, as even though Gale Wings gives Brave Bird priority, outspeeding +Speed base 110s if you choose to use something other than Brave Bird is incredibly helpful here. Roost is also the preferred option over Protect, so that Talonflame can heal off the recoil damage it takes. It's best to use Roost on a predicted switch, though. Sharp Beak, Sky Plate or Life Orb are the preferred items on Talonflame.

You also kinda have a big Fire weakness, which is usually something you don't wanna have. It doesn't help that the rest of the team doesn't do much to cover that either. A water type (in place of one of your Grass types) would be useful, as it covers that as well as Gliscor's Ice weakness, Talonflame's Water weakness, and Manectric's Ground weakness to some extent. I guess the hard part is picking which Water type to go with. But some good options are Azumarill, Vaporeon, Greninja, Keldeo, Rotom-W, and Gyarados.
