Charizard @ Charizardite Y
Solar Power
Timid
- Solarbeam
- Fire Blast
- Roost
- Focus Blast
(Thinking about replacing roost, focus blast, and Fire blast for flamethrower, dragon pulse, and air slash. Only running solar Power because it was shiny with perfect IVs.)

Venusaur @ Black Sludge
Chlorophyll
Bold
- Sleep Powder
- Synthesis
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
(Not much to say here. Would use Victreebell with weather ball except I don't have one )

Greninja @ life ord
Protean
Timid
- Hydro Pump
- Extrasensory
- Ice Beam
- Spikes
(Thinking of swapping extrasensory for dark pulse. The spikes tech has been quite intriguing swapping to ground before the incoming electric attack.)

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Sand stream
Adamant
- Crunch
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
(Raising another variant with stealth rock , iron head, dragon dance, and stone edge. That one is jolly and will probably also use assault vest. Thinking of switching.)

Excadrill @ Choice Band
Sand rush
Adamant
- Rapid spin
- X-Scissor
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
(Thinking of using stone edge over rock slide.)

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
Impish
- Earthquake
- Knock off
- Taunt
- Roost

Any help and tips are appreciated.

That Charizard Y set is spot-on. Fire Blast is preferred on Timid Charizard Y to make up for the lost power from Modest. A super effective Air Slash is outdamaged by a neutral sun-boosted Fire Blast, which is why Air Slash isn't that useful. Charizard Y also needs Solar Beam to deal with Water, Ground and Rock Pokemon, while it needs Focus Blast for Heatran, who walls it otherwise:

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Fire Blast vs. 0 HP / 236 SpD Assault Vest Conkeldurr in Sun: 220-261 (62.6 - 74.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Mega Charizard Y Air Slash vs. 0 HP / 236 SpD Assault Vest Conkeldurr: 200-236 (56.9 - 67.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

There's no reason to use regular Venusaur, even with Chlorophyll, as it's harder to maintain sun than rain. You see, Charizard Y teams tend to revolve around Charizard Y itself up to the point that its teammates have to eliminate any potential counters before it gets to sweep. Read this post for more info.

Tyranitar is better off with a Choice Scarf in this scenario, as the extra Speed helps it get the jump ahead of non-Scarf Gengar and Latis:
-Stone Edge
-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Earthquake
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf
Ability: Sand Stream

FYI, Excadrill can't learn Stone Edge. It also has Iron Head as a better way to deal with Fairies:
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf/Life Orb/Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker

You already have a Rapid Spinner for Charizard, a Pursuit trapper and a check to Flying spam in Excadrill and Tyranitar, respectively. A Water resist to add is Wash Rotom, as it's another good check to Flying spam:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Rest
Nature: Bold/Calm
EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe (Bold) or 248 HP/216 SDef/44 Spe (Calm)
Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

Stealth Rock is a must-have move on virtually every team, and a Pokemon that can learn it without adding unwanted weaknesses is Garchomp:
-Stealth Rock
-Outrage/Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast/Swords Dance
Nature: Naive/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash/Lum Berry

Fighting Pokemon that resist Steel are also ideal for Charizard Y teams, as Bisharp can be problematic; these Pokemon below can help:

Infernape:
-Fire Blast/Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Grass Knot
-Thunder Punch/Hidden Power (Ice)/Mach Punch
Nature: Hasty/Naive
EVs: 168 Atk/88 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Lucario:
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extreme Speed
-Crunch/Ice Punch/Iron Tail/Earthquake
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Keldeo:
-Hydro Pump
-Secret Sword
-Hidden Power (Flying)/Icy Wind
-Scald
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Calm Mind
-Hydro Pump/Scald
-Secret Sword
-Hidden Power (Flying)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Substitute
-Hydro Pump/Scald
-Secret Sword
-Endeavor
Nature: Timid
EVs: 8 HP/248 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Salac Berry

OK so I have issues. Some of the sets are impossible beyond trades. Excadrill's iron head is transfer only move. As well as rocks on garchomp.

Yeah, that can be a problem sometimes. I really hope that ORAS brings back the B2/W2 move tutors.

But, you're doing this on Battle Spot, correct? If that's the case, you can probably get away with not using Iron Head on Excadrill and SR on Garchomp (since hazards aren't used much in 3v3 formats). You could use Swords Dance on Excadrill and Garchomp could roll with Outrage/Dragon Claw+Earthquake+Stone Edge+Fire Fang/Fire Blast.

That's a great idea but I've tried sonething different but within the guidelined. And I do a lot of 6v6 more then 3v3.

Charizard, excadrill (spinner + swords dance), rotom-w, Keldeo (bisharp), tyrantrum(rocks), and aegislash (pursuit)

Oh, ok then. What you got will probably work then.
