The internet was designed open and free. with no limits or pay tolls lets keep it that way!

"With no limits or pay tolls"? Are you drunk?!
I'm limited to 180 Mbps Download Speed, and 18 Mbps Upload Speed.
Meanwhile, on my Phone, I can only use up to 6 GB per month, but at least Home Internet is always unlimited, in terms of Bandwidth.

Limits aside, you always pay for Internet Access, no exceptions.
ISP's and Telecom Providers will never give you Internet, free of charge.

Basicly they can block websites they dont like and charge you extra for useing certain ones.

That's one reason that I use a VPN
Something like Tor and VPN can help people get around the issue, albeit, for a performance hit (but possibly not as big as if things get bad)
