Wi-Fi hotspots can allow you to use the internet while in public, and it can be found at some cafes and public places. What's your opinion about Wi-Fi hotspots, do you use it, and do you happen to have a Wi-Fi connection in your home?

Like the majority of people these days, I do have Wi-Fi at home, but I still do use hotspots when I'm out and about. I like to check Twitter too much, so they're definitely uh... useful for that.

My apartment and campus have wifi so it's not terribly difficult to connect to the internet. You never know how much you depend on it though until you visit a foreign country and a lot of your meals are determined by which restaurants have wifi (so bad I know lol).

I use wifi hotspots when and wherever I can. Usually mostly at my school, but those don't always work because of the amount of traffic on them.

I have a Wi-Fi connection of my own lately, but I rarely used the Wi-Fi hotspots in public now, even though I used to when I was at one of the cafes in the mall.

Wi-fi spots in my country are usually reeeeaaaaaaaaaaally slow. Like, utterly slow. Slowpoke slow.

Not recommended.

I like having hotspots around as I travel out-of-country so I can have Internet while out and about without roaming.

Not like I'm going to be doing anything important or financial on the go anyway. Just Twitter, email, and a map really

Yep and much yep.
First yep is on home Wi-Fi hotspot.
Much yep is on using public hotspots. Even though they are slow, I'm satisfied with the feeling of available Wi-Fi.

Yes to both. Having a hotspot around means I don't need to waste money for internet whenever I'm outside my house. :v

My campus has a WiFi hotspot, and damn it is fast. That is, until a lot of traffic occurs. But eh, whenever it's fast... 3GB downloaded in 20 minutes, and that's way faster than my internet at home.
