So I'm getting into competitive play and I think I've got a team together for this. However I would like some feedback as I know its not perfect. So here they are:

Shuckle
Ability: Sturdy
Item: Leftovers/Weakness Policy?
EV's: 252 HP/124 Def/124 SpD
Nature: Relaxed
Moves: Stealth Rock, Sticky Web, Power Split, Stone Edge

Togekiss
Ability: Serene Grace
Item: Leftovers
EV's: 252 SpA/52 HP/100 Def/100 SpD
Nature: Modest
Moves: Thunder Wave, Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam, Aura Sphere

Milotic
Ability: Marvel Scale
Item: Leftovers
EV's: 252 HP/152 Def/100 SpD
Nature: Modest
Moves: Rest, Sleep Talk, Scald, Dragon Breath

Metagross
Ability: Clear Body
Item: Assault Vest
EV's: 252 Atk/100 Def/100 SpD/52 HP
Nature: Brave
Moves: Zen Headbutt, Meteor Mash, Bullet Punch, Earthquake

Absol
Ability: Super Luck (Magic Bounce on Mega)
Item: Absolite
EV's: 252 Atk/252 Spe
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Play Rough, Night Slash, Sucker Punch, Hone Claws

Volcarona
Ability: Flame Body
Item: Sitrus Berry
EV's: 252 SpA/252 Spe
Nature: Modest
Moves: Bug Buzz, Fiery Dance, Quiver Dance, Roost

Of course, this team isn't set in stone and I do have many more fully EV-trained 'mons (thanks horde encounters for making it so easy!) If you can suggest a better poke altogether, chances are I probably have it. Also lemme know if I should change the move set, item or stat spread of any of my pokemon.

Even though it seems tempting to have Shuckle use Power Split to leech away an opponent's offensive presence, it's not worth it. It should just set up hazards and that's it. Focusing on one defensive stat is preferred:
-Stealth Rock
-Sticky Web
-Encore
-Infestation/Toxic/Knock Off
Nature: Bold/Impish
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Mental Herb/Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy

Roost is a mandatory option on Togekiss, since your current set lacks reliable recovery. Without it, it gets worn down fast:
-Thunder Wave
-Air Slash
-Defog/Heal Bell/Dazzling Gleam/Air Slash/Flamethrower/Aura Sphere
-Roost
Nature: Bold/Calm
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef (Bold) or 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef (Calm)
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace

Milotic isn't worth it in OU. It doesn't have much to set itself apart from other bulky Waters, like Vaporeon (who passes Wishes), Slowbro, Slowking (both have Regenerator to passively heal themselves), Alomomola (who can do the same roles as the three Pokemon I mentioned), Tentacruel, Starmie, (provides hazard removal support), Azumarill (who simply hits hard and is bulky) or Wash Rotom (an excellent pivot):

Vaporeon:
-Wish
-Protect
-Scald
-Heal Bell/Ice Beam/Toxic
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator

Slowbro:
-Scald
-Psyshock/Ice Beam/Fire Blast
-Thunder Wave/Toxic
-Slack Off
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/232 Def/24 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator

Slowking:
-Scald
-Fire Blast
-Dragon Tail/Psychic
-Power Gem/Ice Beam
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP/160 SAtk/96 SDef
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator

or
-Scald
-Psyshock
-Thunder Wave
-Slack Off
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP/44 Def/212 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator

Alomomola:
-Wish
-Protect
-Scald
-Toxic/Knock Off
Nature: Calm
EVs: 36 HP/220 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
Ability: Regenerator

Tentacruel:
-Scald
-Acid Spray
-Sludge Bomb/Knock Off
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe
Item: Black Sludge
Ability: Liquid Ooze

Starmie:
-Scald
-Rapid Spin
-Reflect Type
-Recover
Nature: Timid
EVs: 248 HP/20 Def/16 SDef/224 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure

Azumarill:
-Waterfall
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Superpower/Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 228 HP/252 Atk/28 Spe (Choice Band) or 16 HP/252 Atk/240 SDef (Assault Vest
Item: Choice Band/Assault Vest
Ability: Huge Power

or
-Belly Drum
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Waterfall/Superpower
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/164 Spe
Item: Sitrus Berry
Ability: Huge Power

Wash Rotom:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Rest
Nature: Bold/Calm
EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 Spe (Bold) or 248 HP/216 SDef/44 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

or
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Thunderbolt/Will-o-Wisp
-Trick
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

I'd rather have something that discourages Shuckle's hazards from being blown away by Defog, mainly Bisharp, over Metagross. Metagross' new weaknesses to Dark and Ghost hindered it:
-Sucker Punch
-Iron Head
-Knock Off
-Pursuit/Swords Dance
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Item: Black Glasses/Dread Plate/Life Orb
Ability: Defiant

Given Mega Absol's frailty, it's hard for it to set up. And even if you were planning on having Absol set up, Swords Dance is the better option, since it gives a bigger Attack boost and Play Rough is already relatively accurate. Also, Knock Off is the generally better option over Night Slash for the item-removing utility it provides, but Night Slash can be used if you intend on using Play Rough, since Knock Off and Night Slash are illegal together:
-Sucker Punch
-Knock Off/Night Slash
-Superpower/Play Rough
-Ice Beam/Fire Blast
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Absolite
Ability: Justified/Super Luck

Offensive Quiver Dance Volcarona should look something like this:
-Quiver Dance
-Fire Blast
-Bug Buzz/Hidden Power (Ground)
-Giga Drain
Nature: Modest
EVs: 96 HP/252 SAtk/160 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry/Passho Berry
Ability: Flame Body

Here's a bulky take on Volcarona:
-Quiver Dance
-Fiery Dance
-Giga Drain
-Roost
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/124 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Flame Body
