A song I wrote in like five minutes, keep that in mind.

So I see that
You and me have
Grown so far apart that I cant even measure the gap
And its like hi and bye
Is all we can say
Though we cross paths every day
Honestly, I
Cant get you out my head
Tied in a chain of memories,
Feels like Im walkin dead
When I walk by you,
All I can say is hey
Im being eaten alive slowly every day
We force the conversation,
Its like we have nothing to say.
So lets just lock eyes and then look away

Chorus 2x
Im writing you a letter,
Gotta get this off my chest
Hope itll make me feel better
Without you lying here I cant rest
Lookin at this empty spot right here in my bed,
With my hand on the pillow where you used to rest your head.

But I cant resist,
Wanting to kiss your lips
Sweet as roses
With the thorns
Both pain and bliss
Have you forgotten me?
With my hands in your hair?
How you used to lie on top of me
And wed fall asleep right there?
Do I cross your mind
At all anytime?
Because you stay on mine
Separated by a fine line.

Chorus 2x
Im writing you a letter,
Gotta get this off my chest
Hope itll make me feel better
Without you lying here I cant rest
Lookin at this empty spot right here in my bed,
With my hand on the pillow where you used to rest your head.

I'll make this dream team a reality.

Hey, it's not bad, kinda typical teenage angsty ballad but that's to be expected. Just one line doesn't really fit: "And its like hi and bye" Somehow it doesn't really sound right in context.... but I guess it's different with the music, huh?

XD So do I, my mic makes me sound like a 5-year-old - reason why I don't record anything anymore XD

Fweeeeeeee, I like songs! ^______________^ This song was really neat. ^^ It gives you a quaint feeling. I see the topic is of love again, but there's another topic that's faint, but it's there. ^^ It sems that despair is branching off of love. You love someone yet your heart may tell you otherwise. Man, I'm a veeeeeeery confused person today...I've been reading too many love poems. @[email protected] Anyways, nice work Mattness. ^^

It is not. I can't believe you forgot to tell me about this song, Matt. Even if you hate it I love it. It's very good, as your writings always are.
