what do u mean they're in relation to ur speed and ur opponent's? so a fast horndriller has more chances of killing say a slow snorlax?

That's right.

I don't know the exact calculation, but being faster helps, could explain why Pinsir's Guillotine seems more accurate than Lappy's Sheer Cold.

I know that if you use Agility then go for OHKOing, the chances of it hitting are alot higher than normal :P

Hence why husk's one is very, very cheap.

Dugtrio would only really work if the entire team was a BP team, so he could grab some defences, in this situation anyway.

Fissure can't hit flying or levitating pokèmon (Heh, I know how to do è), so he wouldn't be near "uber" like status, but I think it would be pretty annoying if the opponent couldn't avoid it.

He could pull off a Rock Slide to wipe them though, and from a BP team, a +6 in attack would help him nicely.. I'm thinking a BP Team with Duggy as the final act would actually work out pretty well..
