So this all started when I went to a washinton state event at a pizza place and got owned by doubles when I brought a silly singles team that wasnt even iv trained LOL so I decided to put effort. This team I already own. Assume IVs in all catagorys except the ones they really don't need LOL This is my first competetive team attempt! I hope it isn't too bad ^^`

Scope: open with politoed and goodra or kingdra abuse rain dance with other four pokemon.

Politoed @ damprock
Bold
Drizzle
252HP 252 def 6 SPD
Psychic
Icebeam
Rain dance
Scald|surf

This guy is my opening act. He sets up rain and tries to keep it there.

Rotom w @ leftovers
Modest
Levitate
252HP 252 sp atk
Rain dance
Thunder
Hydropump
Will o wisp

More or less my tank. Willowisp for those pesky pokemon

Ludicolo @ ??
Modest
Swift swim
252HP 252 sp atk 6 spd
Rain dance
ice beam
Gigadrain
Hydropump

Good for staying alive. Might give him damp rock instead since he is so bulky.

Goodra @ ??
Bold
Hydration
252 HP 252 def 6 atk
Dragon pulse
Rest
Sludge wave
Thunderbolt

For coverage and thick skin

Kingdra @ ??
Timid
Swiftswim
252 sp atk 252 SPD 6 HP
Scald
Protect
Hydropump
Flashcannon

Moveset sucks but he is gonna be a spec sweeper!

Blastoise @ blastoisenite
Calm
Torrent?
252 HP 252 sp atk 6 spd
Darkpulse
Dragonpulse
Aura sphere
Water pulse

The ability is for his mega. He is very nice to have. Another tank awesome pokemon. However he does make me have too many water tyPES now...

Over all I would love any other pokemon suggestions if I am running too many water. I heard of helioisk and that toad...but I don't know who to remove or switch around. And I'm stumped on items lol
Rain dance on poli is not needed imo. Use encore and replace psychic with toxic.
Kingdra with life orb, flash cannon is a wasted move on it tbh, it's ability to go mixed and generally being fast is more appreciated, use waterfall/outrage/Draco/hydro pump instead, with 68 ev's in attack, 252 in spA and the rest in speed.
Rain is more useful as an offensive play style. And tbh mega swampert is much better here since it can abuse rain very well.
With kingdra and swampert as your swift swim abusers, I would think it is useful having priority rain dance on the team for mid game set up. Thundurus/ tornados is great for this. Thundurus can also spam a very powerful thunder. I think changing ludicolo will be a good choice.
Also since your team becomes weak to grass, sap sipper on goodra is a good choice. You could also look into a sd bulky scizor or manaphy as a bulky secondary rain inducers, but generally having 2 rain inducers is enough.

To add to what Srinator said, Goodra makes a fine Assault Vest user, being able to switch to Electric moves should Swampert go down:
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast (still useful for hitting Ferrothorn and friends, despite it being weakened in rain)
-Thunder/Sludge Wave
-Earthquake/Muddy Water
Nature: Modest
EVs: 240 HP/252 SAtk/16 Spe
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Sap Sipper

Wash Rotom should use a more defensive set if it goes bulky; otherwise, offensive variants should go fast:
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Will-o-Wisp
-Pain Split/Rest
Nature: Bold/Calm
EVs: 252 HP/212 Def/44 Spe (Bold) or 252 HP/212 SDef/44 Spe (Calm)
Item: Leftovers/Chesto Berry

or
-Volt Switch
-Hydro Pump
-Thunder/Will-o-Wisp
-Trick
Nature: Timid/Modest
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Scarf

Mega Swampert should go over Ludicolo, and be considered over Mega Blastoise, as being stopped cold by special walls like Blissey sucks. Here's what it runs if you're interested:
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Ice Punch
-Low Kick/Superpower/Rain Dance
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 104 HP/252 Atk/152 Spe
Item: Swampertite

Here's the full set for Swift Swim Kingdra; while Srinator mentioned the moves, I feel like I should add the EV spread and preferred nature as well:
-Hydro Pump
-Draco Meteor
-Outrage/Rain Dance
-Waterfall/Surf
Nature: Rash/Modest
EVs: 64 Atk/252 SAtk/192 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Damp Rock
Ability: Swift Swim

Here's a full set for Tornadus, which is preferred as a backup rain inducer because it has Hurricane to pummel Grass Pokemon with:
-Rain Dance
-Hurricane
-Superpower/Focus Blast
-Knock Off/Taunt
Nature: Naive/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Damp Rock
Ability: Prankster
