I just got back into competitive battling, and haven't played for several months. I really don't remember much about team building, so I kind of threw something together.

Azumarill

Choice Band

Huge Power

Adamant

252 Attack 252 HP 4 Sp. Def

Aqua Jet
Waterfall
Play Rough
Ice Punch

Pretty typical azumarill, but I like to run Ice Punch, because nobody expects it. Aqua Jet for priority, Waterfall for STAB, Play Rough for STAB and defense against dragons.

Conkeldurr

Assualt Vest

Iron Fist

Adamant

252 Attack 252 HP 4 Sp. Def

Drain Punch
Mach Punch
Knock Off
Fire Punch

My healer-tank-damage-dealer, as they say in Payday 2. Drain Punch for STAB and self healing, Mach Punch for priority, Knock Off for coverage and ability to remove items, and Fire Punch for coverage.

Dragonite

Weakness Policy

Multiscale

Jolly

252 Attack 252 Speed 4 HP

Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Extreme Speed

I love this set so much. It's the typical Weakness Policy Dragonite, I don't need to explain why it's awesome.

Pinsir

Pinsirite

Moxie

Jolly

128 HP 252 Attack 128 Speed

Quick Attack
Return
Earthquake
Swords Dance

My mega and premiere sweeper. Quick attack for priority, Return for STAB and damage, Earthquake for coverage, swords dance to setup with.

Garchomp

Focus Sash

Rough Skin

Jolly

252 Attack 252 Speed 4 HP

Dragon Claw
Stealth Rock
Earthquake
Swords Dance

This is kind of a filler. I don't know what else to put here, so I just put in a garchomp because garchomp. Again, I'm bad at teambuilding.

Skarmory

Leftovers

Sturdy

Impish

252 HP 128 Def 128 Sp. Def

Spikes
Whirlwind
Defog
Roost

I don't really want this pokemon on my team, but I needed some kind of entry hazard and spinner/defogger. So I just put Skarmory here. Spikes for obvious reasons, whirlwind to stop people from setting up, defog for clearing hazards, roost for self healing.

I know this team is probably bad, and I want to change a lot of things, but don't know where to start.
Please help me with this, I will instantly swap out or completely start over anything.

Well, Your team is ok. I just found a couple of things

- Run Knock Off or Superpower on Azu
- Ice Punch is better for Conkeldurr, It allows you to hit Lando on a swich.
- Dragonite is kinda bad. You can replace it with other poke. I let you some suggestions on the spoiler. You already have Garchomp as Dragon, So I'm going to put something to counter fairies, You have nothing against them.

Spoiler:
Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability : Mold Breaker
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Nature : Jolly
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Rapid Spin

Magnezone @ Choice Specs
Ability : Magnet Pull
252 SpA / 172 HP / 84 Spe
Nature : Modest
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Fire HP

- Garchomp could work with scarf too, You don't have nothing to outspeed a boosted poke. Or for Revenge Kill.

Garchomp @ Choice Scarf
Ability : Rough Skin
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpA
Nature : Naive
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Fire Blast
Superpower is still useful on Azumarill if you really hate Ferrothorn that much. It runs 28 Speed EVs to outspeed Relaxed/Sassy Tyranitar. Also, it has no reason to use Ice Punch now that it gained the Fairy type to better handle Dragons; Waterfall still mauls Gliscor and Landorus:
-Waterfall
-Aqua Jet
-Play Rough
-Superpower/Knock Off
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 228 HP/252 Atk/28 Spe
Item: Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power

You might as well as run max HP/max Defense on Skarmory; what purpose does your EV spread even serve?

Oh, one little thing. Guts>>>>>>>>Iron Fist on Conkeldurr. Guts gives it a power boost while also not having to fear your opponent's status moves, which is far more useful than the meh boost that Iron Fist gives.

Should I use a flame orb with guts then? Or is it better to stick with Assault Vest?
First off i don't get why you run defog+spikes skarm, isn't that counter productive? lol. conk is also your only answer to thundurus, so you might wanna remember that, this team lacks bird spam check so you are naturally very weak to talonflame and even opposing mega pinsir because for some weird reason you have not fully invested your pinsirs speed. mega slowbro/ manaphy even proper stall in general can easily take this team out, lastly your team falls to mega swampert+kindra or rain teams in general. mega diancie is becoming kind of popular and that can potentially remove like four of your mons clean out but since u have azu as a revenge killer i woudnt really bother myself with much of that.

I think sand can benefit this team p well, ttar>chomp and exca>drgonite is a p good option. ttar also acts as a check to talon lol. while in sand exca can remove so many of your threats like mega zard x, mega diancie, mega pinsir. this team still cant deal very well with rain teams, and pinsir seems to be your main sweeper, and azumarill and conk take on important threats to the team, so its up to you what you want to change what you dont want to lose to. your still weak to rain teams, so i would look into that lol.

so i have put the changes in the spoiler
