Well this came out of nowhere. We have yet another movie based on video games, starring Adam Sandler:

The plot of the movie is that NASA sent a rocket containing broadcasts of video games in 1982 as a sign of peace to possible contact to extraterrestrial life. The aliens mistake the peace offer as a declaration of war, and sent giant-sized pixels of various video game characters from Pac-Man to Donkey Kong to Galaga to destroy Earth. This movie is either going to be either really good for the nostalgia throwback and humor or really bad knowing Adam Sandler's recent films. At least this movie will keep us busy until Wreck-It Ralph 2 is a go.

Ugh, I feel like puking after watching that trailer.

Its like teaching a negative stereotype that all video games are evil and how they ruin the world around them because of their influence.

How many ****ing times do they have to use the classic 'contact aliens' cliche?! More proof that sections Hollywood needs to just give it a break already. But knowing how stupid it is, its still going to make money and probably a lot of it too.

Ugh, I need to actually throw up now.
