Never even heard of it! I just visited their website though and this actually seems pretty cool and something I might try out despite not needing to worry about my weight. It could be beneficial for health reasons!

also before a million people report saying this belongs in T&I it is fine here.
if a million people report this i won't have eyes anymore because they would have rolled out of my head.

I know you already know, but it's ridiculous what gets reported sometimes!

Anyways guys to clarify why I said that, yes this is about a website/app, but will likely lead to a more fitness based discussion (: Also decided I'm definitely gonna try it out myself! Now to only not be lazy and actually do it :( Time to download the app!

Yes! That's why I created this thread and why I decided to post it here. Though there is already a general fitness thread, I was hoping people who used the app would share their diaries for ideas.

Hm, I've never been particularly fond of using fitness trackers simply because even with a weighing scale or counting calories, I'm thinking that puts unnecessary pressure on myself for achieving the results I'm striving for. Tried using MyFitnessPal for one day and the hassle of having to input food on my phone just was not working out. And because most of the meals I eat were not listed in the database so I estimated.

I have an account, but I never actually used the diary portion of it. I was far more interested in the calorie counting part of it.

...Which I've been slacking off in using lately. I probably should return back to using it, since I feel like I'm backsliding into my bad eating habits when I don't have numbers to look at.

Not sure if it's because I'm not a numbers person, but counting calories is stressful and like I said, puts unnecessary pressure to conform to your regime. But everyone's different, what works for one person may not work for another. People have said using clothes as a measurement would be ideal, though I think that may apply to weight loss and not necessarily keeping your routine.
