Empoleon:
Brine
Ice Beam
Flash Cannon
Drill Peck

I was planning on getting Signal Beam instead of Drill Peck, didn't realize you could only get Signal Beam Via Move Tutor Post Elite Four.

Rampardos:
Zen Headbutt
Earthquake
Avalanche
Thunder Punch

Spiritomb:
Dark Pulse
Psychic
Shock Wave
Silver Wind

Garchomp:
Dragon Claw
Brick Break
Ariel Ace
Crunch

Lucario:
Aura Sphere
Close Combat
Water Pulse
Psychic

Heat Rotom:
Overheat
Sunny Day
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball

I just entered Route 223 heading for Victory Road, my greatest weakness is Electric Pokémon, Rampardos having the only worth while Ground Move but not being immune to Electric Pokémon. Everyone is currently a level 53.

I am the starry Pokémon Trainer marking the hours, I do nuzlockes, trades, battles, etc.

It useuful (and quite obvious) to use Pokemon and teach them moves that each E4 is weak to. Your team sees pretty decent, but like Recluse said, grinding would definitely bring them more up to scratch.

Anyway, for more detailed feedback next time, check out In-game Team Help, as Fourth Generation isn't the place for team building threads!

Good luck and have fun!
