In-Game, your Swamperts set is fine, lucky no one uses Shedinja though ;)
For Metagross, you're on the right track, Agility/Meteor Mash/Earthquake is all good, Psychic isn't a bad last option, but consider Brick Break so you can play more off his better Attack stat.
Since I'm guessing Salamence doesn't have Dragon Dance, I'm thinking go with Dragon Claw/Flamethrower/Earthquake/Hydro Pump, deals nice damage to everything.
For ther last 3 we'll try balancing out your team.
So far you have Swampert, which brings a weakness to Grass.
Metagross brings a weakness to Fire and Ground.
Salamence brings a weakness to Rock, Ice, and Dragon.
Seems pretty good as is, but we need 3 more pokemon.
You need a defensive pokemon, and right now I'm thinking Claydol, with Cosmic Power/Rest/Earthquake/Light Screen or something like that, just to stall out the opponent if you need them to run out of PP on a move, so you can bring in a different pokemon and go for the kill.
That brings the weakness to Grass to 2, same with Ice.
So.. to cover those, I'm thinking a Fire pokemon, they aren't the greatest but hey, they'll cover that weakness, if you can get your hands on a Blaziken or Charizard that would be great.
Make sure it has Flamethrower.
The weaknesses are virtually covered that way, and I'm thinking you could do with a fun little pokemon to use, since those ones don't require strategy.
Consider Medicham with Substitute/Reversal/Shadow Ball/Bulk Up with a Salac Berry, or Heracross with Substitute/Reversal/Megahorn/Swords Dance with a Salac Berry.
Subrevving is cool, especially in game.
