Mandibuzz going down to UU was surprising, as that thing was a premier Defog user back in XY. Hippowdon is back after it was prominent in OU in Generation IV, but Tornadus-T going back to OU isn't really anything to be taken aback by.

Most of it's not terribly surprising or anything, and most of it's movement in the lower tiers. Didn't think that Mamoswine would drop down to UU yet though....

The list says "Gallade moved from OU to UU". Does that also mean Mega Gallade is usable in UU now or just normal Gallade?

my baby Scrafty is RU again, and Flygon's finally dropped so I'm ecstatic. but then, so did Kingdra, and Sniper Kingdra might shake shit up now that Whimsicott is gone.
