I don't consider myself and expert but i'll try... Next time when You do a similar thread try writing some description about how do You want to play your team, tasks of your pokemon etc.

A few things :

-Your team doesn't have a mega, so You might want to change that.
-You are somewhat vulnerable to [email protected] and Gengar, as Your only mon that can deal with them is Bisharp. HP fire on Latios takes away 1 speed point stat, meaning he always loses against them (if they lack HP fire). They are also capable of fighting Bisharp back as he tries to pursuit trap them, so it's definitely a bad thing.
-Clefable has bad EVs imo, if You want it to boost with calm mind and attempt a sweep it should invest in Def instead of SpD, otherwise it dies of any strong physical attack.

I suggest to look for a mega and try replacing it with Clefable or Infernape (this team looks pretty offensive and Clefable just seems out of space).
Choose one, play few matches, then try another one.
Other than that, make notes during matches, analyze replays etc. - this will give You better info about what Pokemon troubles You, and how You should change the team in order to improve.

Hope i helped somewhat and good luck !
