Hey Raydeon!

Glad to see you're back again. Since you haven't started earning badges yet, you're in the clear to change your team at any time (just let us know the new lineup).

As far as this team is concerned though, running 5 megas isn't beneficial in 6v6 battles because you can only mega evolve one Pokemon per match, which ends up wasting some potential on your other Pokemon. Also, Lucarionite and Salamencite are banned from the League under OU/Doubles OU rules. So that leaves you with 3 choice for a mega:

Metagross
Gardevoir
Gallade

If I were to pin point one of these as a best choice for your mega, I'd choose Gallade. It's not as useful outside of its mega form, in my opinion, whereas Metagross and Gardevoir have decently viable sets outside of mega evolution. I'd recommend a set like this for your Gallade:

Gallade @ Galladeite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Knock Off/Ice Punch
- Zen Headbutt/Psycho Cut
- Protect

With its Base 110 Speed, Gallade doesn't really benefit from Trick Room, and since Trick Room is a -6 Priority move, running it on a fast Pokemon doesn't really make it execute any faster.
The Prism League is opening for its second season and looking for new members! 6v6 Multiformat battles on cartridge are the name of the game. We implore you to join if you enjoy competitive battling in any format.

It's really hard to give you help for one set to use since you will have to change the sets depending on who you are battling. But even with the sets you have, some of them aren't the most optimal. The Bold Galade I can kind of understand, but if you want to run it with Bulk up I recommend giving it something like this.
Gallade @ Sitrus Berry/Galladeite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def
Careful Nature
- Drain Punch
- Bulk Up
- Zen Headbutt/Psycho Cut
- Protect

But the set that Sky said is also a most likely a better set.

For the rest of the team, I will try to do my best to give you the best advice I can. We can start from the bottom after Gallade. With this team though, it's very offensive, which can work in some situations.

For Metagross, I'll give you the best set I think for this team to help.

Metagross @ Assault Vest
Ability: JClear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
- Zen Headbutt
- Meteor Mash
This I think is the best I can do. It's a set that I enjoy using and with your team you definitely need some bulk. It's not going to be there to switch in and completely wall an opponent, but it can take a little bit of hurt.

Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Trace/Syncronize
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Moonblast
- Psychic/Psyshock
- Shadow Ball
- Trick

This is just a general set for if you are running a Mega Gallade. While there is a set that for if you use Garvevoir I won't post that now.

Zoroark, I can't tell you much on. I have never had much experience with it and can only tell you that it can run Physical or Special both pretty well, but trying to get it mixed is where it gets hard.

Zoroark shouldn't really be running 3 Dark attacks because that makes it easy for Fairies, Fighting types, and other Dark types to wall it. Running a buttload of moves of the same type on a Pokemon is rarely a good idea. Not to mention that only one of the 3 moves benefits from Nasty Plot.

It doesn't have a terribly large movepool, but some other options on the special side are Flamethrower, Grass Knot, Focus Blast, and Extrasensory (if you can breed that). On the physical side you have stuff like Low Kick, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, and Foul Play. Might be best to go completely special or mixed since it's special movepool has a little more type variation than its physical one.

The swords dance Lucario set is my personal favorite:

Lucario @ life orb
Ability Justified
evs: 252 Atk 4 SpD 252 Spe
-swords dance
-close combat
-extremespeed
-ice punch/crunch

As for Salamence I'd probably run a bulky set for your team. Example:

Salamence @ leftovers
Ability Intimidate
evs: 248 HP 236 Def 24 Spe
-Roost
-Dragon Claw
-Toxic/Earthquake
-Dragon tai/roar/defog
FC: 2938-6645-8515
Prism League Badges:

Mind Badge, Oblivion Badge, Solitary Badge, Chill Badge, Moss Badge, Mystic Badge
Terragon Symbol, Aqueduct Symbol, Flashlight Symbol

I would recommend this set for Zoroark:

Zoroark @ Focus Sash
Ability: Illusion
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Night Daze
- Focus Blast
- Flamethrower
- Sucker Punch

A Naive nature with no investment will allow you to OHKO Gengar with Sucker Punch (even with no investment), and that is one of Zoroark's worst enemies, as it so happens.

That's the last Pokemon you needed help with, right?

Try killing the counters for your sweepers so they can sweep. Just remember that singles and doubles are very different

Just a question, where is Sucker Punch ? I find it nowhere
The only way to get Sucker Punch on a Zoroark is by breeding it with a (male) Absol/Furret/Raticate/Dugtrio/Liepard/etc that knows Sucker Punch.

Basically the way it works is that 4 EVs will equal 1 stat point at level 100, or 8 EVs will equal one stat point at level 50. Level 1 Super Training will give you 4 EVs in the stat, level 2 will give 8, and level 3 will give 12. Small punching bags will give 1 EV, Medium gives 4, and Large gives 12. The lower screen gives a visual representation of how many EVs and in which stat(s) your Pokemon has gotten, but you need to keep track of the exact numbers yourself.

Level 100 is required for a good distribution of EVs ?
The levels of all your Pokemon are set back to 50 during online battle, so the distribution at level 50 is what you get. You wouldn't benefit from leveling all of your Pokemon up to 100.

They can, but only as long as you can afford to keep buying them. The easiest way to EV Train by and large will be Super Training. If you get ambitious, you can take on Horde Encounters with Power items.

This article might answer some additional questions that arise about Effort Values:
