Okay so I decided to attempt making another hyper offensive team around Megagross and have had moderate success with this one. It's undergone a few changes such as changing up Serperior's set a bit as well as adding Scarf Lando to the team. I've still struggled with it a bit at times but overall I am happy with the direction the team is going. Anyways here is the squad:

Serperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Dragon Pulse
- Glare

Serperior pairs really well with Metagross imo so I decided to add it to the team right away. I was running HP Ground for Heatran but the rest of my team deals with it well enough and I had no good answers to Ferrothorn otherwise so changed it back to Fire.

Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Hammer Arm
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice Punch

The star of the team, pretty simple as to what it does. Running EQ over Hammer Arm as I just prefer it more in general and can hit the majority of the things Hammer Arm hits without taking the speed drop.

Thundurus (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]

I've played around with Thundy quite a bit from adding Taunt over NP and running more of a bulkier spread with lefties but this just fits better on HO so I reverted back to my original set.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Standard Scarf Landorus here! Great synergy with the team and was what I felt like brought the team together.

Latias (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Surf

Was considering Latios here but I feel like Latias fits better overall. Added defog just to remove hazards so my LO pokes aren't taking any more unnecessary damage since I have 3 of them on this team. Surf allows me to deal with Heatran effectively.

Azumarill @ Choice Band
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Aqua Jet
- Waterfall
- Play Rough
- Knock Off

I don't think Azu is a great Pokemon in all honesty but fits the team comp well enough. Has moderate bulk and the band set is just pretty powerful in general.

I would definitely run Latios over Latias with that aggressive of a set, especially without Healing Wish. You really need the extra kick on Surf for Heatran/Tyranitar/Bisharp and on Psyshock for Clefable/Azumarill. If you want to keep Latias, I would run HP Fire over Surf, which helps with some big Ferrothorn/Scizor problems.

I would consider Glare on Serperior to make your match-up with Tornadus-T a little better. It also removes ScarfTran as a Metagross check. I think either Giga Drain or even Dragon Pulse are fairly expendable.

Lower the Attack IVs on your special attackers.

As mentioned above, Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor have tremendous match-ups against your team. Ferrothorn in particular is going to make Spikes stacking a nightmare. I don't like the Azumarill slot and think running a Pokemon more apt at breaking these mons would be an upgrade. Your team lacks Stealth Rock, which is an enormous problem, so something like an aggressive Heatran might be nice, though this compromises your match-up against Mega Gyarados and Charizard X. Prankster Wave will have to do for them.

Run Hammer Arm over Earthquake on Metagross, as it helps with the Scizor/Ferrothorn match-up to a small extent. It mostly stops them from getting completely free switch-ins.
Why are the beautiful sick and divided like myself?
Thanks for the suggestions, Anti. I bolded the serp and meta changes. I also swapped out Latias for Latios with the same set but roost over defog. I do want to replace azu with tran but am unsure of what set to run. I was thinking LO with sr/overheat/earth power/flash cannon. I can't outspeed much alone but with paralysis support from serp and thundy I can run a max speed/sp attack set and feel comfortable. thoughts?

Timid Magma Storm Heatran isn't that slow, it's not a killing machine when it comes to outspeed fast offense, but still outspeeds some stuff, and hits like a truck. It has a lot of chances to set up SR, and allows you to have a better chance trapping Stall Pokemons with Magma Storm. I think Lefties is the best item for that set. I think LO kills the whole purpose of running a bulky SR setter.
Here's the Heatran set that Archy is referring to:
-Fire Blast/Magma Storm
-Flash Cannon/Stone Edge/Hidden Power (Ice)
-Earth Power
-Stealth Rock
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Air Balloon

While Magma Storm has utility in trapping potential counters, Fire Blast is an option for the extra power and accuracy. Air Balloon gives Heatran a temporary immunity to Ground moves.

Okay so I made the changes and here is the updated team:

Serperior @ Life Orb
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Dragon Pulse
- Glare

Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Hammer Arm
- Meteor Mash
- Zen Headbutt
- Ice Punch

Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Knock Off
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

I also lowered all of the attack IVs on my special attackers.
